Sanducci's Trattoria

Our waiter Scott was very helpful to my party of 3. He was a new employee at the restaurant and did a fine job, he has a wonderful personality and very helpful. The three of us all enjoyed our meals, re: Chicken Francese, Eggplant Rolatini, and a thin crust White personal pan pizza. Additionally, we ordered a side of broccoli rabe which was cooked to perfection. The dishes were quite a bit to finish, very healthy size servings, so chances are you will bring something home as well.

Food was excellent. Chicken Cristina and Chicken parm were both amazing!! Tiramisu did not disappoint. Will definitely come back again.

Just got back from Sanducci's Trattoria in River Edge-wow, what a treat! Scott, our server, totally knocked it out of nowhere, chatting us up and making us feel like family from minute one. The food? amazing, every bite better than the last. Super cozy spot with that perfect warm vibe-I'm already itching to go back!

This place fell off so much, I live close by here and it has become my usual stop, well I went last night with my son and the waitress was so rude to us. She asked me if I wanted something to drink I told her that I just wanted water bc I was driving and she gave me a crazy look. I found it weird. When she came back, with the water and juice for my son She referred to me and my son as “boys and girls” and seemed to be super annoyed the entire service. I don’t know if it’s the cultural barrier but I didn’t appreciate her comments under her breath. And lastly I almost didn’t tip her bc the food came very cold and the pizza was stale and cold. I didn’t say anything bc I’ve worked as a waitress when I was young but she was acting very ordinary. So I don’t think I will be coming back for a while.

Gone here before they relocated eons ago. No doubt, they have the best bread of any Italian or other restaurant we’ve been to. The food is consistently good. The staff is always helpful, friendly and attentive. Our favorite “go to” place.
