“Pretty good food, friendly service.“

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“

“Very good fried chicken. Very good French fries.

Minus a star for the following:
Not enough sauce on the chicken. Need about twice as much as we got to make me happy.
Fries were $6. The portion is way too small to cost that much.
The chicken is also a bit too expensive for the portion size.“

“First timer here and was awesome. Walked in to a clean cozy restaurant plenty of seating. Ordered me some boneless wings with white snow (sweet Parmesan cheese from what I’m told) hot and fresh. Fries were cooked just right. Ordered a refresher bubble tea (green tea strawberry flavoring and strawberry ) ordered some boned wings as well. All cooked to perfection. Service was fast. Very clean as well. DEFINITELY coming back….. almost forgot the beef dumplings… awesome !!!!“

I had some trouble ordering since it was my first time but the cashier was very friendly and took his time to help me with my order. I will always recommend this place. “I'm impressed! It was easy and pretty quick and the girl running the register was kind and patient and walked us through the menu like a pro. We waited at some of the tables and admired the To-Go lockers that make it really easy to order ahead and pick things up. They have a TV for sports and another TV to show you the upcoming orders. I like that because you know they haven't forgotten about you! They also have a reward program with points and stuff. We brought our wings home and loved them. They pack them in great boxes with air holes and clear tops so you can see what everything is and they gave us plenty of napkins and wipes. The wings travelled very well and were great! The fries weren't the best, but maybe they don't travel as well. We will definitely be back to try some of the other food on the menu too!“

“NOTHING... The service was horrible and the wait time incredibly long. Then on top of all that they AUTOMATICALLY added a 20% gratuity to our bill and when the bill came there was a space to add a gratuity... so if you don't look at your bill and just add the gratuity you got RIPPED OFF“

“Food was really good, and our server, Jimmy P, was amazing and very friendly. Everything was beyond our expectations! Keep in mind though that the spicy options are really, REALLY spicy! Didn’t ruin the quality of the food whatsoever though!“

“Today I had a horrible customer experience with Subahan I understand he is young but a piece of advice no matter the personal situation you must always have respect for the customer, out of respect I will not speak on the experience in detail. But instead I will choose to highlight the positive way the experience ended.

The manager Ali was indeed very professional, assertive and swift at defusing the situation before it could escalate not only did he diffuse the matter he was even polite when I came back. (Sorry I will not share details as to why I came back that matter is professionally private out of respect for the staff and team that work here)
