Stopped in for lunch on our way to Adirondacks and felt immediately welcomed (even though we arrived 20 min before closing). Service was very good, food was tasty, and chef came over to our table and asked if she made my omelet correctly. We'll be back.

Exactly what I was hoping it was. Perfect portions, good prices. Simple and quality diner/luncheon food. I sat at the well loved counter, and was served a lovely dish of ham, eggs and home fries by a lovely lady who I believe was the namesake of the joint. It seems like a very regular and dedicated crowd.Wish more diners were like Karen's.
