They did an amazing job from assembling the reception tables and putting up the ceremony chairs. The food was delicious all my guest love what they serve!! I picked a buffet style for my wedding. She worked through my budget and willing to worked with! Communicated through email and text massages; she’s able to answer when I call, text or email. The servers and bartenders were amazing! Me and my husband were happy with the service we received and you won’t regret booking with Cathy!! 🤩😊

I got married at the Collingswood ballroom on 10/18/25 and used Cathy’s catering for our food vendor. The tables looked amazing and all of the food was absolutely delicious. All of my guests were telling us how awesome the food was and even said the mashed potatoes were probably the best they’ve ever had! My aunt couldn’t get enough of the shrimp Alfredo too. The hors d’oeuvres were also out of this world, my favorites were the cranberry Brie bites and the cheesesteak egg rolls. Both were so flavorful and delicious. Cathy was very pleasant to work with and made sure everything was accounted for day of even though she could not be there physically due to another family event. Everything was all around excellent, thank you again for everything. We had such a wonderful day!

Jen, the maitre de ensured every need was met. During our cocktail hour family photos, Jen brought fresh drinks to myself and my husband and a plate of appetizers to make sure we got to enjoy some of the delicious food. I am a very particular person by nature and can’t recommend Cathy’s enough. 10/10.

We chose the Queen’s Cocktail package, and it was perfect, just the right amount of food with a fantastic variety that kept everyone happy and full. The presentation and decor were stunning, too. Everything looked as amazing as it tasted.

Her employees are also the same! And to be honest this was just a huge plus to the food being delicious from the start. My husband and I are huge foodies and we’re obsessed with the apps, dishes, and desserts we chose! We even got so many compliments after the wedding by the guests, which is when you know it’s good. Although this review has been a long time coming I just want to continue to say thank you and for always showing us kindness in moments of wedding and life stress.
