I can’t say enough good things about The Early Bird! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy, and it’s clear they care deeply about their customers.
The food? Absolutely exceptional. Everything is made from scratch, and you can truly taste the difference. Whether it’s their fluffy pancakes, or perfectly cooked eggs, every bite is a testament to their dedication to quality. Their signature breakfast plate, the Birds Nest, is my personal favorite—it’s worth the trip alone!

The staff being so welcoming is the cherry on top of the of the whole experience you'll have here. This was my first time. The reviews were great, the pictures on the website looked good and I expected the sandwich to look butter and delicious just like photo or close to it, it didn't! I asked for pork roll, scrambled egg and cheese, the order was repeated and I asked for home fries (they were delicious). When I received my order, my excited hunger turned to annoyed hangry. Two huge fried eggs (NOT A FAN) two slices v Taylor ham and if it was cheese on it, I guess where... I did try it and it didn't taste like cheese was on it... maybe bc it was Cooper sharp, I asked for white American but that's not an option. The croissant was dry and I was truly disappointed. There was no sign v butter! I've made this at home dozens v times, can't mess it up. The photo sold me. I didn't like the fried egg, not even salt and pepper was on it. The ham would've been good on its own had there been cheese and fresh croissant.
The restaurant looks nice and cozy. I may try a second time and dine in... undecided!

Great neighborhood spot! It's cozy and the staff are all so welcoming and helpful, and honestly so are the other patrons! We've had quite a few of the breakfast options and are never disappointed. We've also done takeout and delivery but we love walking over on the weekends.
