Terrible experience! I ordered a Texas Double Whopper combo and was cheated with only 1 Regular Whopper inside my bag! Since I had already left the plaza because I was traveling, I couldn't go back there to complain! But yes, I was cheated!

African american dude with tattoos working 9/24/25 at 9:59pm was extremely rude and threw the change at me and the coins fell all over the place. He also had the audacity to use his index finger to poke at my sandwich as if i wasnt watching. This is my first ever complaint on google review ever… If you don’t have the motivation to work, then dont work ruining another customers day. Please have this guy fired immediately, he is a horrible representation for your business.

I’m not sure this is a real Burger King. Everyone has “Applegreen” on their uniform, and it doesn’t look like they’ve ever been to a fast food restaurant before. It’s remarkable. Every 5 minutes or so they manage to put an order together, in no order.

Located in the service plaza and it's easy to place the order and pickup. Typical burger king food with little high on the prices. The lines were okay, and the wait times are manageable. There is plenty of seating available and a restroom too.

Whomever that middle-aged woman is with the long faded brown orangish hair is a complete nightmare. I had headphones on noise cancelation mode and had to back up because the woman was screaming... no literally...SCREAMING at all the customers!
Maybe if she focused on getting good quality UNBURNT food ready instead of arguing with me about why I need more than a single ketchup pack for 4 items.... perhaps her life would get exponentially better.
(I wasn't the only one she was yelling at. Poor old man before me, and also a Dad with a little toddler boy!) Shame on that woman

Took 30 minutes for me to get my burger and chicken nuggets. Workers were lazy and were filing up at least 8 French fries instead of packing the bags. There were 5 people waiting and no one in line.
Okay, this is the best place to eat in the service area. Two self ordering tablets too, which is awesome. Makes things go faster than the other restaurants.
It's a standard Burger King. Our food was what you'd expect, nothing bad. Especially considering some of the meals the group got from Panda Express and Subway.

Came in here at 1130 on a weekday and even though the staff was clearly cleaning up for the evening they were very friendly and quick to get our order out. The food was so fresh and well made, such a good Burger King experience thank you!!
