Food is really bar food for the family. Waitress forgot several things that we had to remind her about. Side vegetable order was put in after we reminded her and came out when we were finished. Waitress disappeared at one point, and there were only 6 tables in use for 2 servers! Bill comes with tips suggestion, and tip calculations were all wrong. 18% was higher than 20% on the calculator. It took so long to get served that we did not have time for dessert.Haven't been here in ages, and remember why.

This is a very special restaurant. The food is very good as usual. The owner Lee is an incredible person. His employees love him, the community loves him also. He has a heart of gold. On most Wednesday nights he has open mic. Quite a few people bring their instrument of choice and do a couple of songs. No one judges anyone. It's like one great family. This restaurant deserves to be supported by the community.

Went here on a Wednesday for lunch, it wasn’t so busy so the service was very quick and our server was very nice and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious and everything came out right. Nothing less than what I would expect from my favorite restaurant :)

We went with our two grandkids and it was a wonderful experience. Friendly's is welcoming to children with a great kid's menu (and a nice senior menu, too). Our server Abby was OUTSTANDING. She was patient and attentive. On the next day, our grandkids asked "Can we go to Friendly's again?" We'll be back and keep up the good work.

The server was bad. I mean, they just phoned in the service. No extra napkins, no container for the fruit side, gave me diet soda when I said regular, arguing my menu choice...The food was ok, but when they have better servers, I am sure that the restaurant will be a more pleasant experience.

????????????Service is terrible for four reasons: (1) They made the Jim Dandy without the bananas or my ice creams of choice; (2) They gave my friend a sundae, which only had two scopes, instead of three scoops, according to the menu, even while pretending that they have “a new policy”, as their poor excuse to not add the third scoop; (3) they brought along a couple of dirty spoons; and (4) They had no toilet paper in the stall of the men’s room. Even though I love Friendly’s, I don’t recommend this place. Thumbs down!

I left a review about a year ago or so, saying that the sevice was extremely slow on a day the restaurant was practically empty.It happened again today. I thought after a year they would have fixed this. Been waiting for an hour and still no word on the food...Edit about 20 minutes later: We left. We're not waiting forever.
