I asked for a variety of bagels on the phone, they gave me "rye rump" bagels. I asked to get them replaced and the lady gave me a crazy amount of attitude for the switch making snide comments about my decision. The bagels were stiff and difficult to cut. I won't be coming back, the owners need to learn something about customer service and treating people with respect.

My friend recommended this place when were up visiting yesterday. Amazing bagels. I got a pork roll egg and cheese on a sesame bagel and the pork roll was sliced properly thin. I also got a half dozen to go with the fresh made in house lox spread. Just had that this morning and can't recommend it enough.

Unfortunately our experience this morning was very unpleasant. The gentleman who was running the transaction asked for cash and seemed very upset that we were not paying cash. He charged a tip from the transaction without asking and charged a 3% transaction fees. He said “nobody has cash anymore”. Was very rude to his staff. We felt bad for them
The guy was great. Old lady was rude. Never coming back

Well, today was my last time going here. I called in an order and asked for my dry bagels to be sliced. I asked twice on the phone. Upon arrival, I was aggressively asked by a gentleman if I had cash while I was paying. I only had a card. This guy was annoyed and aggressive from the get-go. No greetings, no customer service skills. Just awful. When I got to my car, I inspected my bagels and discovered they were not sliced. No problem, I'll just go back in. So I go back in and politely ask for my bagels to be sliced, as I had requested on the phone. I was told there is a charge for that, but since I don't have cash, they would slice them. He hands me back the bag of bagels and says "next time I'm gonna charge ya". No thank you, nothing. He was angry the whole time and honestly, I should not have to feel anxious inside a bagel place. Learn to be better. I won't be back.

Typical bagel stop. Good quality bagel, but they've gotten too expensive for too little product compared to nearby competition.

The bagels are good, however. I was skeeved out when the guy at the counter was taking payments from people, touching money then going to prepare food without washing his hands or wearing gloves.

I believe they changed their recipe and style of their bialy's. I have not been here for several years, perhaps the ownership has changed. Will return when I am back in NJ.

Bagels are kid size. I was shocked at how small the bagels are, although they taste good and have good softness the size is a turn off for an adult. 3.99 good cost

The bagels are very good quality the employees are super sweet especially the younger girl I didn't catch her name. They did above and beyond for our order. I definitely recommend the onion bagel ? I got the last one left I wish I could have gotten more to take home. A place I would definitely return to when passing through NJ again since I do not live there.
