Every time we come to this location hoping the last time was just an off day, but the pretzels are always terrible. The bottoms are burnt, they taste like they’ve been in the display case for days, and the staff is slow and unfriendly. Really disappointed that this is the closest location to us.
Love going here , pretzels with cheese and chocolate sauces mmmmmmm!!

I ordered some party trays for a corporate function recently. I spoke with the manager, Jim, who was very helpful. He said he would deliver to our office (even though it was about 20 minutes away) and not only did he personally hand deliver to me, but he 15 minutes earlier than quoted. The food was delicious and we would highly recommend!!
