Do not go here under any circumstances. Placed an order with them for today - no one was there. Lights off - no one to be found. Other customers arrived confused at the closed store as well. Have had a lot of quality issues in the past with them anyway (old stale pretzels). Better off going to the one in Ewing- they took my replacement order on the fly, but still out the original $45.

I just wanted to say thank you. We stopped in for some rivets over the weekend. They were sold out, there was a line waiting on preorders, and it was hot as heck in the store. I was roasting; I have no idea how the kids who worked there were ok.The employees were cheerful, even apologetic as people waited for their party platters. Was asked if I could return in 15 minutes to pick up my family's snack. Right on time, fresh delicious pretzels, and phenomenal customer service. Thank you so much!

I walked in , said hi . A young guy looked at me like he wanted to kill me. I asked for 2 pretzels and cheese. He said $2.75. I gave him three dollars and walked out That 25 cents was not a tip. I wanted to get out of there.

Employees where nice and the pretzels were hot!! I would recommend them for a snack or catered event.

The pretzels here are usually good. Today we went there, they put a warm, fresh pretzel over 4 old pretzels that seemed like they were at least a day old. You could hammer a nail with them. I was very disappointed. Buyer beware.

Attempted over the course of the entire last week, in the early afternoons, to call and order a party platter for Saturday. The phone went right to voicemail every single time, but not just any voicemail, a personal voicemail, unprofessional message, I was not comfortable leaving a message at all. Finally get them on the phone Saturday morning to place an order, a young man picked up the phone, said hello, sounded all flustered and abruptly and very rudely said they arent making anymore platters and we cant come in to buy a bag of pretzels either. What kind of customer service is that? If your legit out of food, there is a polite way of telling your customers in order to maintain business for the future. Now I will go to PA to pick up my pretzels.

Philly Pretzels are great. This is normally a staple for our parties and it is always a hit with the kids. We will never again visit this location however. The owner is aggressively rude and a bully. Customer service is the number one product of any business and this location's product is poor. It was bad enough here to post my first review. We will no longer support this business and will be sure to advertise our experience word of mouth to our friends and family.

The pretzels are awesome and the team behind the counter were a friendly and helpful group.
Wish there was one in South Carolina

Love Philadelphia Pretzel Factory when we drive up North!!
Grabbed a quick lunch here of pretzel dogs and a soda. It was tasty and not expensive! Eat here often.
