It's hit or miss. There are times where service is fast, orders are right and the music is at a decent volume. Then there's other times where it takes a long time to get someone's attention for an order, the grind is wrong on the coffee I bought or the music is obnoxiously loud. We have definitely left because of the music.

Worst customer service and in spite making a tasteless drink, and going back to the store drive through to get a replacement, the person says to come inside and request for another drink.. No courtesy.. I would not recommend this store , pathetic and poor spoiling SB fame ..

Workers were extremely rude to me this morning! This was my first time coming to this location, and there was about three workers and this morning. I sat at the drive-through asking for service, and got a response so I pulled up to the drive-through window. Three of the workers kept walking past and looking at me and peeking through the window, but not saying anything. I sat there for about almost 10 minutes before I got out of the car and went inside. They said the drive-through was not open, but instead of telling me that over the intercom in the drive-through or at least come m to the window to let me know that the store wasn’t open yet, They just kept walking by and peeking and laughing and Allowing me to sit there, While they carry on with their other work duties. They completely ignored me as if I wasn’t there, even though I made eye contact with all of them and was waving my hand asking for help. This was such poor customer service that could’ve been avoided, with a simple “we are closed at the moment.”

The caramel brulee latte was unbelievably sweet it was almost undrinkable. I have a sweet tooth and I enjoy a sweet drink but this was almost like they were trying to punk me with this drink. For an establishment that charges $8 per drink they need to have some standards. It's literally a different drink from day to day

I appreciate that Starbucks would remake my drink, but I, like many others are going to Starbucks over our short work breaks. We've already sat in long lines to get a drink that should have been right the first time. Like i said, of this was a $3 drink I could excuse it. For $8 it's gotta be right the first time. It wasn't less than great. It was terrible...

There was a time when I would go to Starbucks due to their flavors having the least artificial tastes but I feel like ingredients have changed. Some syrups and sauces are beginning to have the artificial chemically taste that other places have.

This is my go to Starbucks , I live near the one in Hamilton but I travel the extra time to go to this one due to the cleanness and amazing staff , they have my order memorized and ready to go when they see me in drive through highly recommended this location!

Sierra is the best manager. My sons love her. She always makes sure they are taken care of, they are 4 and 15. I’m happy she’s back as she took a couple of months off. The service was great, and the atmosphere is always pleasant.

I ordered a bacon sandwich. After 20 minutes! I didn’t receive it. During that 20 minute time I saw many people ordering and getting their sandwich until I got mine. Very bad service 1/5 stars.

Idk what was going on with the staff, but they all seemed in bad moods today. Hope it's not like that everyday. Food was good, service was ok. The croissant was basically thrown across the counter at me.

A nice, comfortable weather day means sitting outside at Starbucks Robbinsville. The service was friendly, but slow for one plain coffee and one cappuccino. The black coffee was served immediately but the cappuccino took 5 minutes and would have been longer had I not asked. But you can't mind much when you're joined by a local, beautiful fitness model, who happens to be in her mid-50's!
