They’re visibly understaffed and the two workers that they have in the morning are friendly but very slow. Expect your mobile order to take up to 25 mins—and it will likely be either lost or inaccurate. I live around the corner from here and it’s faster for me to drive to the farther Dunkin’ than wait for this one. They do put napkins in the bag with ketchup if you buy hash browns which is very nice, but I’d prefer quicker and more accurate service.
I usually order a drink before I go get my sandwich made next door. My drink is never ready when I'm done but it always comes out right. If they were just a little faster they would have 5*

The coffee was good but one of the cashiers is very rude. She use to be at the Dunkin Donuts on Essex st in Lodi. She gets a kick out of messing up peoples orders and then tries to tell you your wrong. As long as she is there I won't be going back
