I placed a mobile pick up last night (12/15/22) at this location and when I walked in it smelled like feces. It was such a strong stench throughout the store. I immediately walked out. I thought maybe it was a sewer problem however, being that it’s an establishment that serves drinks and food I didn’t feel comfortable.

I ordered a coffee and avocado toast on the app before the store got busy. I had my coffee but they had given my toast away to someone who ordered in store after they made a verbal comment about them being slow. This was after about 10 minutes of the order being placed. The line began to grow and they prioritized the people in the store. After 15 minutes I asked how long it would be for the rest of my order and the lady took the ticket and BEGAN making the rest of the food. They had handed out at least 5 orders of hot food including the toast that was supposed to be for my order. They ultimately DID NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER. Only been to this store a couple times because this service seems to be the standard. Cannot recommend when there is a deli and a 7/11 next door.

This place has the rudest service I have ever experienced. I literally payed and left without my coffee. Besides the place looking extremely unkempt the woman that waited on me was confrontational and obnoxious.. I will never be back and neither should anyone else.

This was the smallest Dunkin I've ever been in. Nonetheless, it was excellent. Quick service, great coffee and a delicious bagel.. can't go wrong with that.

The lady who works in the morning was so rude to me this morning. She accused me of not paying last time when I got a hot coffee but I literally did cuz I showed her that the money has been deducted from my account. She was like “idk about that but your card didn’t work last time and I had to cancel the order” and she charged me for a large iced coffee but I been getting hot coffee since the winter started. She started to yelling at me in front of all other customers saying she been working there for 17 years blah blah. I was just like do you really remember all the customers and their orders? I never had an issue with any of the other ladies who works there and they are very friendly with me as well but this lady is the worst.

Absolutely the worse dunkin ever lady’s are rude and always have a attitude. Once sat there waiting to order because they where talking. Another time the lady gave me attitude while ordering then asked me for a tip and got mad I didn’t leave one.

The coffee was good but one of the cashiers is very rude. She use to be at the Dunkin Donuts on Essex st in Lodi. She gets a kick out of messing up peoples orders and then tries to tell you your wrong. As long as she is there I won't be going back
Worst service ever. They take your order and PREPARE the ENTIRE ORDER before taking the next customer. Seriously needs more employees and/or new management . Like ASAP

went in to pick up my mobile order, a chocolate stout cold brew, and was waiting in the store to pick it up. The staff member was confusing my order with another customer’s and after 5 minutes of arguing she tells me to take my drink but she had made it incorrectly. There was no chocolate syrup or cold foam, just the cold brew over ice. So I told her it’s not what I ordered- she takes it back, slaps cold foam on top, and slams it in front of me while yelling and trying to argue with me. I left in tears and I’m never making the mistake of going back there ever again.

They’re visibly understaffed and the two workers that they have in the morning are friendly but very slow. Expect your mobile order to take up to 25 mins—and it will likely be either lost or inaccurate. I live around the corner from here and it’s faster for me to drive to the farther Dunkin’ than wait for this one. They do put napkins in the bag with ketchup if you buy hash browns which is very nice, but I’d prefer quicker and more accurate service.
