I highly recommend this location! I usually use drive through option and workers always nice. Today I came in first time and manager took my order and was so nice to me. I asked to make some unusual changes to my iced matcha and she was patient and nice listening my suggestions. I got my drink as I wanted. Definitely will return here again! Great job!
Staff are absolute angels! Spilled my entire venti mango dragonfruit on the ground like a total bafoon… they were SO gracious and sweet about it. She even made me another drink just out of the kindness of her own heart. If heaven is a place on earth it is in Rochelle park
Enjoy the Starbucks ambiance, but consistently receiving cold coffee instead of hot has been disappointing. The place could benefit from improved housekeeping, although the staff is consistently kind and respectful.
