Very good smoothies and acai bowls. Some of the best I've ever had. I consider myself a smoothie connoisseur. My only complaint is sometimes they leave ingredients out. And when you're paying $15 for a smoothie you should get everything you pay for. Could be more consistent. Depending on who makes it depend on how it taste. The atmospheric could be a little better. The place is very dark. All they need is a light is a couple lights in the dining room.

I have to say I love how clean the place is . The girls are nice but for some reason they never move with urgency . It can literally be six customers and they move so slow , stop to attend their phone calls and it creates such a longer wait . The reason for my review however is my purchase . I’m repetitive so I’m always getting the same thing , however the last 4 times one ingredient from what I purchase wasn’t available and they didn’t mention it they either overloaded my item with another of something or just plain ole did not mention it and gave me the item incomplete . I think it’s unfair to keep paying for something that I’m not actually getting and it’s not that they’re finding out midway they already know so you should be asking the customer if they still want the item and not assume they want you to overload it with something else . I guess I’m bothered because it happened four times so idk if I want to stick around for the fifth .

The only reason I go here is because the bowls are delicious. It's really unfortunate that the service is so poor (and SLOW). It's also frustrating that their posted business hours don't reflect reality. Twice I've tried to go on a Sunday around 5:30-6 and they're closed. Management should fix things before they go out of business.

I was hopeful for a better experience than most reviews made it seem like, since a lot of the negative ones I read were pretty old. The shop was almost empty when I was in, but it still took a long time for the persons bowl ahead of me to get made, and then for my 2 smoothies to get made.
The smoothie was okay, but I likely won't be back due to how slow the service was, especially since I dislike parking at any of the plazas around the mall due to how busy it always is.

I’ve had a lot of Açaí bowls from different places but this is definitely one of the better bowls I’ve had. The Place is spacious enough you don’t feel crowded. The atmosphere is calm and cool. The Açaí base itself is not overly liquidy and has just the right amount of consistency. The fruits and toppings are super fresh tasting and the amount given is the right amount that you don’t feel hungry after so if you’re looking for a good and satisfying Açaí bowl here’s a place to try.

First and very easily the last time I try here. Aside from the fact that the Acai is completely frozen and not blended well at all it just tastes weird. Between the weird shape and size of the bowl and the way they just pile everything on top, you can barely even mix things around together. As a regular goer of playa bowl and empower nutrition, this one is a serious NO for me.
I went here and they didn’t close for 30 mins, and shood us out. I understand if they expressed it was for cleaning or that they were already closing shop (despite the time listed on the door) but she was very rude and told her co-worker to just “not deal with her” before i spoke.
Honestly… not a good açaí scoop at all! I got the classic açaí bowl with granola bananas and added coconut. The açaí has a really bad aftertaste and the fact that coconut oil is NOT listed but is thrown into my bowl is weird. The coconut oil turned to hard pieces of oil that tastes like literal flavorless chocolate chips, I thought I ordered a chocolate bowl! The toppings are TOO overflowing , most açaí places do half a banana to compensate with other toppings. This was just covered in bananas and had a hard time scooping to the bottom. Of what? There is barely any açaí in my bowl and it yes, COULD vary with what worker is there and XYZ but I mean… I was 75% toppings…

I was craving the acai bowl… to be honest, there was HARDLEY any acai. IT WAS FULL of HUGE GRANOLA CHUNKS!! . The fruits was ok except for the strawberries ( they tasted old)The acai was hard frozen crumbs and not blended thoroughly. My daughter and I wasted nearly $14 each for a small bowl. Last management was better.. Probably would not come back there again ?

Excellent acai bowls! When they are open. They close early without warning far too often, so call ahead every time.

I was the only customer in the store and neither employee acknowledged I was there. After fifteen minutes they asked what I needed. I said I place a mobile order a half hour ago, to which the employee said she didn’t start it and just received it. Very rude.

Acai base was crumbles of ice.. not tasty or refreshing at all. Also found a hair in my bowl :( Super disappointing especially for the price.
