They HUNG UP while I was trying to order some food here's the order: 55 burgers 54 fries

Went there on Christmas Eve, never going there again! Their idea of customer service is a joke. I clearly placed my order, only to find out after leaving that they got it wrong. It was a simple order, roast beef, fries and a drink. How difficult is that. I returned to the store to remedy the situation and was advised that they were now closed (3:00pm the day before Christmas. The employee didn’t even offer an apology and severely lacked any customer service skills. Don’t even bother going to this establishment, unless you like a horrible experience.

Great stop for a bite to eat .
On this visit I ordered the Brisket sandwich combo meal .it was served fresh made and quickly. It tasted great !
The seating area was very clean as was the Ladies room .
All the employees were friendly that I saw and intersected with today ....well d9ne everyone !

Decided to get Arby’s for the first time last night 12/20 . No customers inside or drive thru . Thought hey this is gonna be fresh . WRONG . The guy that took my order was disappointingly rude got 4 items out of the 5 I ordered were hard / stale seemed like it was sitting for hours, one item was a completely different sandwich then what my family ordered , Decided to ask for a refund for the items that were clearly old he informed me the kitchen is closed and he can’t give a refund because he doesn’t know how asked if I can come back tomorrow for the refund I told him I live 40 mins away he turned around and came back with a ten dollar bill and said to have a good night closed the window and started to prepare to close the store that wasn’t supposed to close for over an hour . Completely strange encounter and bad first experience lol . Zero stars if it could be

Not a great experience. Bad customer service and missing items on the menu. I was hoping for better, as I am a big Arby's fan.

Not good service at all. Ordered online and when we picked up we made sure to check the bag. half the order was missing, two classics not there, no cheese sauce, no marinara for the mozz sticks, I ordered horsey and Arby's sauce and ketchup not in the bag he asks what sauces I want when it was on the receipt, and ordered two French dips......NO Au jus in the bag. WTH didn't realize that one till half way home. annoying.

they seem to have selective hearing and don't hear orders correct
do not get the steak bites. they are not steak they are brisket completely false advertisement. they are gross and no where near a steak flavor. very very disappointing. honestly i want a refund

Attempted to get food one night and whoever the young lady is at the window needs better training on how to talk to people. Rude and give sing songy answers. I have no idea how the food is because once she snatched my money out my hand I snatched it back and left. Would've been my first time going to arbys but maybe it's meant to be that I don't try it afterall
I tried to use a coupon for 2 for 6$ beef & cheddar. I went to the drive thru and said oh no there’s no coupons, she never looked I felt like a fool and honestly felt like telling her off. Horrible service!
