Attempted to get food one night and whoever the young lady is at the window needs better training on how to talk to people. Rude and give sing songy answers. I have no idea how the food is because once she snatched my money out my hand I snatched it back and left. Would've been my first time going to arbys but maybe it's meant to be that I don't try it afterall

I tried to use a coupon for 2 for 6$ beef & cheddar. I went to the drive thru and said oh no there’s no coupons, she never looked I felt like a fool and honestly felt like telling her off. Horrible service!

My only negative is I had to travel 25 minutes to get this AWESOME food. A ton of selections. Bought 10 sandwiches and fries and wound up freezing some for later. PLEASE open again in my area, Passaic County!!!

I am an Arbys fan. This is one of the few in NJ. There is a special spot in my heart for the RBs sandwich. It is not a traditional Roast beef, but with RBBQ sauce, Horsey sauce or Au Jus it is great. The gyro isn't bad, but the French dip is a star. They are known for the seasoned curly fries, but I think the other sides are better, I like crinkle cut fries, but the potato cakes are my favorite. The mozzarella sticks are good, but the jalepeno poppers with the broncoberry sauce are great.

Place looked disgusting on the inside very outdated. The food tasted gross gon bad produce on our sandwiches the fish sandwich was not right. And the lady at the counter was rude and could careless. Had to send back my shake because it smelt expired and nasty. DO NOT COME
Extensive menu, from roast beef to fish, chicken, corned beef and Turkey. It was perfectly prepared and delicious. I only left 4 stars because it’s not acceptable to have the bathrooms out of order.
