Traci was awesome! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything at our table was perfect without ever hovering. Drinks were always full, food came out exactly right, and she kept a great vibe the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service. A large group came in, and I was told I needed to relocate tables in the middle of my meal. It's probably the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had at a restaurant. UPDATE: It holds true that the service is ungodly after being told to reach out so they can make it right they proved to me that they had no intention of making it right but they just wanted to make it look like they care. After explaining the situation and filling out a formal complaint and giving them time to rectify the situation, I can confidently say that they do not care about their customers or the experience at this location.
