A large group came in, and I was told I needed to relocate tables in the middle of my meal. It's probably the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had at a restaurant. UPDATE: It holds true that the service is ungodly after being told to reach out so they can make it right they proved to me that they had no intention of making it right but they just wanted to make it look like they care. After explaining the situation and filling out a formal complaint and giving them time to rectify the situation, I can confidently say that they do not care about their customers or the experience at this location.

Avoid Kalisha if you want a good experience. She didn’t ask what size beer when my wife or I ordered. It was boneless Thursday which I didn’t know so I got way too many wings and would have ordered a smaller size. She disappeared for the entirety of the meal. Forgot our southwest ranch sauce. Didn’t put in my wings as extra wet. Didn’t bring enough boxes for our take home of the extra wings. I asked how to do the new self checkout. She told me I needed the app. I explained the TV said I had to give her my phone number. She shrugged and told me she’d bring the check to me instead. And she took the original receipt so I couldn’t claim me rewards points. As frequent BDUBS diners, tonight was horrible. 2 stars simply because the food is always good. This woman has no business serving people.

Rockaway Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints. Always solid food and a great atmosphere for sports fans and buddies. Along with fantastic service from our server Matt, super helpful, while also being very respectful and polite.

Love this place the food is amazing but the only downside is.. everytime my family and i get takeout, our order is ALWAYS wrong. every single time. my mom likes bone in wings and she keeps ordering them and gets boneless. they constantly forget stuff and every single time we order, there’s a problem. $100 for takeout is insane this is our last time ordering from this place. it’s ridiculous. spending that much only to get stuff we didn’t order
So went to Buffalo Wild Wings and place my order online and then I was told I was not allowed to eat inside the restaurant because it's not allowed it's only online and you can only have it to go so and the manager was not very nice about it. The rest of my family was here we also Place orders to drink from inside and was looking at the menu he said we had to leave

The wings are much better than I thought they would be. Vast selection of wing sauces and flavors. All hot, some hotter. It's impossible to adequately evaluate without repeat visits. Wearhouse setting. Absolutely no frills decor, which makes it impossible to hear. Sound echos off the walls. Bedlam! Annoying! Someone thought it was a good decorating idea. BUT IT'S NOT. Come with friends so you can shout at each other like crazies.

Came to the bar to just watch some games and order some wings and drinks. Esther was wonderful and respectful. Wings came out hot and fresh. Let me tell you, the Parmesan Garlic is my favorite. Couldn't ask for a better service. Would recommend all my friends to come over.
i came in to have a good time with my friends, i sat at the table for a good 20 minutes if not more and trish did not want to take care of me, It felt like she didnt want to serve me because i wasnt white, it really felt like a racist interraction. i think this is really unaceptable and i would like to be contacted about this situation
