I placed and prepaid for a cake order. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told the cake was never made. I was then kept waiting for over an hour while staff tried to “find” an alternative.
In the end, I was offered a premade frozen cake from the freezer and only refunded the $6 price difference, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. This was for a special occasion and the experience was extremely disappointing.
I expected better communication, accountability, and customer service.

Employees don’t know how to say hello. It was super awkward trying to get ice cream for my family and it felt like I should’ve been in there. We just left never going back.
Prices are high and the store is poorly managed. I’ve been here many times and something is always wrong with the service or product. Tonight was bad enough that I’m actually leaving a negative review and I’ve decided we are not going back to this location ever again. We ordered two smalls to go and were handed overflowing cups of runny ice cream with the lids haphazardly placed on top. It made a total mess.

I have tried many ice cream places, and they were good, but cold stone takes it to another level. Everyone is always so friendly especially David and not to mention how wonderful every flavor is. If you never been to cold stone, you need to to try it.
