If you come to this location expect for the employees to just stare at you until you specifically ask them if you can order.
Also try to avoid being helped by the young man Reed D. Your toppings won’t be mixed or crushed up into the ice cream.
For the price and lack of customer service and training you’re better off going to the store and picking up some cones and ice cream.

Came in here at 9:38pm with 10 guests. There was a super long line. By the time we got to our turn the employee said they weren’t able to make any more ice cream with toppings. Only plain ice cream. It was 9:50pm at that time & they closed at 10pm!! After waiting all that time on line everyone was disappointed! We would NEVER come here again nor recommend this business!!

Reema was an absolute GEM!! I messed up my grub hub order and called literally 4x and she flagged down my GrubHub driver to get it right for me. I appreciate your efforts so much! And she had every right to get annoyed with me and didn’t lol

I’m so disappointed! I paid almost $60 for a miniature cake for my daughter's birthday, and they handed it to me half-melting! "Shocked" is an understatement. This location has been bad for years, but it’s the only local option, so we've occasionally given them business. My husband and daughter love Coldstone, but we are devastated that her 15th birthday cake was not only miniature but also losing Oreos and sprinkles at pickup. How disappointing, especially in this economy, to waste money on a cake from a small, locally owned franchise.

This cold Stone is unable to get a delivery order correct I’ve ordered twice both times my order was completely wrong. Wrong sizes wrong items wrong ice cream $20 for a caramel apple (supposed to be buy one get one free, only got one) and a baby sized icce cream with the wrong ingredients. Never again.
