I’m so disappointed! I paid almost $60 for a miniature cake for my daughter's birthday, and they handed it to me half-melting! "Shocked" is an understatement. This location has been bad for years, but it’s the only local option, so we've occasionally given them business. My husband and daughter love Coldstone, but we are devastated that her 15th birthday cake was not only miniature but also losing Oreos and sprinkles at pickup. How disappointing, especially in this economy, to waste money on a cake from a small, locally owned franchise.

This cold Stone is unable to get a delivery order correct I’ve ordered twice both times my order was completely wrong. Wrong sizes wrong items wrong ice cream $20 for a caramel apple (supposed to be buy one get one free, only got one) and a baby sized icce cream with the wrong ingredients. Never again.

Came here after a movie. My boyfriend’s family got 2 vanilla cones and they enjoyed it. His brother got a shake and it was wonderful you could taste how rich and creamy it was. My boyfriend got the strawberry blonde and it was a wonderful mix. I got the cookie dough with add ins. It was super creamy and fresh. The staff was super nice. A bit small on the inside but there are tables outside as well. Service was fast. Would def come back!

I ordered a cake on 5/27, received a confirmation email, paid for it but when I went to pick-it up there was no ice cream cake. I was told that there were only two persons working and they sold a lot of cakes so I can take a small one and not the larger one I had paid for. I requested that the order be canceled but the response was that only the owner could do it the next day. I left saying I would do a YELP review. About ten minutes later I received a call saying a refund had suddenly been processed.Went to Dover Dairy Maid and purchased my ice cream cake there. Should have stayed local from the start.
Awful customer service. Called to order a custom cake for my husbands birthday and was told they don’t take orders over the phone. The kid was so rude and nasty. So I called another location and they gave me not ONE problem about doing my order over the phone.

Overpriced and skimpy on the items. Ordered a custom cake. Never ordering from this company again. They added minimal ingredients and charged full price. I had to make cupcakes and the cupcakes were better than the cake. I understand things are getting more expensive but the quality shouldn't suffer. Almost 60 dollars to have people sample an ice cream cake.

Came in and was curious about the chocolate covered strawberries and how many came in it for $3.97, so I asked the worker with no jawline (needs to mew more), needs to desperately shave, black hair, was four eyed , and had pepperoni acne, and he straight up said to me “are you stupid look at the calories there’s only enough calories for it to be one strawberry” and than proceeded to tell me to make my own. So I did and they came out DELICIOUS and was so much cheaper than it would have been there. I told him I would show him what they looked like so I hope he thoroughly enjoys the picture of my freshly made chocolate covered strawberries and I hope he sincerely gets humbled because he looks too much like the acne faced big lipped guy from monsters inc to be acting like that.
