I am new to the app, and I was 60 crumbs away from my birthday cookie today on my birthday, and they told me because of the new policy that they could not give me my birthday cookie. I showed the staff my ID to prove it was my birthday, and I showed them the app, but they still refused. The staff has made the exception for other members of my families' birthdays when they were so close to the new Silver Status needed for the birthday cookie. Such a bummer on my birthday and a let down because the staff is usually so sweet and accommodating.

I just placed an order with crumbl located in Wharton NJ. The manager Lauren was so kind and helpful!!!!!! She stayed on the phone with me as I placed my order. I would definitely order from this location again !!!!

I ordered for my daughter’s graduation as party favors. The store was clean and stag was amazing.
I love the texture of a Crumbl cookie with the icing. The snickerdoodle is my absolute favorite. The sugar cookie with the pink almond icing is also amazing. I know I have read several people who say these aren’t worth the money however I disagree. I don’t eat a lot of sweets, but when I do and I want something as a special treat picking up a Crumbl cookie is absolutely worth it. The mini size is plenty for me because they are so rich. I have to drive pretty far to get to a Crumbl, but they also freeze really well. I’d like to see what new flavors they come out with. I really don’t like store-bought cookies and even compared to some of the bakeries around me, I love Crumbl! ❤️
