Sent the wrong thing multiple times. Terrible customer service. Employees are rude and not helpful or accommodating.
Customer service at dominos is a awful. Tried the Rockaway, NJ location for the first and last time. Item was missing on order. Manager, Brian refused to refund the missing item. Kept saying he would deliver it but by the time it got to my house the kids already ate dinner and wouldn't want it. Then when I tried to get his last name so I could try corporate, he hung up.
