Obviously your typical Dunkin donuts. It does have a drive-thru though which can help some people who don't like to go into public places. I can get a little bit slow at times at the drive-thru. Also, if you're trying to make a left hand turn out of this place, that may take a little bit depending on the time of day because Green pond road is a four-lane road.

They scammed me and made me pay for two orders and then made me think I got a discount when I never ordered the stuff that was on the receipt. I said I never got this stuff and they said OK. OK that’s your order. I ordered two coffees and three French cruelers in my receipt said I got a bacon egg and cheese in a six dollar meal deal when I never ordered that they wouldn’t give me my money back so I had to avoid it at the bank. They also made me pay twice. don’t come here. All of the workers are scammers.

Food, service and cleanliness of dining room were good.
But, im not travelling alone, and the restrooms were not good. The Men's room, neglected toilet and no paper. Apparently, my girlfriend commented after we left how awful condition of the restroom and no toilet paper.
Management need to tidy-up staffs' responsibility for this.
Always good sweet food and awesome coffee with numerous coffee variations

I have been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts in my day. Stay away from this one. Horrible service. I had to wait for 30 mins just for a few donuts and they would not have had any idea if I did not go and ask them where my order was. The ticket was laying around untouched and then says they are out of the donut I wanted. These people have no clue. What a waste of my time.

This seemed to be the saddest DD I've ever been to. Guy taking my order has zero social skills, no belt on pants sagging. Took my order didn't tell me how much it was. Watched same kid take someones else order and when he said app or cash person paid with app and he just walked away as customers scanned phone. No thank you, no have a nice day. Sad..
