The place is a joke. Each time we have been there after 7 pm they had no donuts. They are open until 10 pm. How can you run a business right off route 80 and run out of product 3 hours too early.The man was cleaning to close tonight at 8.20 pm. Pe9le should keep production records, can't believe the man was an owner, he was losing money and only worried about going home

Unfortunately, this location has gone down hill. Besides convenience for me (close to home, bonus point for drive through) this place doesn’t have much to offer. Mobile orders are useless as they forget half your food, then when you ask for the rest of it they get defensive and rude. Coffee is good one day and tastes like swamp water the next. Ordered a hot chocolate and it was crunchy in a way. Customer service leaves something to be desired. And god forbid you order ahead and select the wrong pick up type (in store or drive through), it’s like you killed someone’s cat. I think I’ll be taking my coffee business elsewhere.

Time to make the donuts, this Dunkin is the worst, terrible service (was only 1 in there and they just stood around talking instead of getting order ready, multiple times) and they never have the donuts you want.. like how can you sell out of the only food you make at 10 am on a Saturday. I'll drive the extra 10 mins to the one at the Rockaway mall or denville

Everywhere else I get a toasted bagel with cream cheese, it comes out lightly crunchy and warm. Over here it came out gummy and soft. Definitely not toasted right

Been there twice while charging my car. Both times the service was very slow and I was the only one in the store and I ordered thru the mobile app. My orders are never ready and they have stale leftover donuts, none that I wanted but had to take because that’s all they had left. The older man was counting money and with no gloves prepared my drinks. He also managed to scratch his nose before serving me my stale donuts. Never again for this location.

Walk in to store only me and there was a couple ahead of me. 6 or more staff I get ignored by the girl at the counter just playing on her phone eventually use self order order 2 donuts for almost 5 buxs the donuts are in the case no special order or anything multiple other coustmers come in and get taken care of before me 15 mins later someone funky asks me if I need help and got me my donuts. I feel like I was discriminated against becuse of my race when I was there will never go back. And 5 buxs for 2 donuts ?? I could have gotten a box of entiments donuts for that price

As a certified ServSafe instructor, I’m absolutely baffled by the lack of basic food safety practices in your establishment. Specifically, the individual who works the window (the tall one with the winter headband who always looks like he ate something sour) regularly handles my coffee his crusty, dry, ashy, money handling hands—placing them directly on the lid and rim where customers drink from. This is not only unsanitary but a clear violation of food safety protocols.

I understand that people have bad days, but the lack of professionalism and hygiene shown by this employee is inexcusable. Beyond the health risks, it’s also concerning that this person’s demeanor is consistently miserable, uninviting and dismissive. This combination of poor food handling and poor customer service has left me frustrated every time I visit, and after enduring this issue for what feels like the 20th time, I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. He of course answered with the enthusiasm, hospitality, & professionalism you would expect, that being none.

I urge you to address both the hygiene issue and the customer service experience at the window. Customers deserve a clean, respectful, and professional environment, and unfortunately, that is not the case with this individual.

One last note, I don’t know what his problem is with Apple Pay but if you try to use it I swear is like you just insulted him. While I have paid this way many times, the time I had to do it with him he gave me the biggest attitude and pretended the cord was too short! WHICH I KNOW ISN’T TRUE! Plus, I don’t want you touching my card any more than I want you touching the lid of my coffee! Ugh he is just the worst!

They were extremely nice and super fast with making our food even though they had a long drive thru line. The place is probably the cleanest Dunkin I’ve seen. My partner loves coffee ridiculously sweet (no shade I do too) they didn’t mind how many times we asked for just “little more sweetner” they were happy to do so. Stopped here to charge and will always be making a stop here every time I do!

Only leaving 3 stars because the drive thru service is quick and prompt. However, the guy who works the drive thru in the mornings is extremely rude and lazy. I came through the drive thru today (11/06/24) around 8:20AM and watched the car in front of me use apple pay- The drive thru attendant held the card terminal out the window for her to pay. I was the next person in line and this is the second time the Indian guy working the drive thru has propped the card terminal down on the counter instead of holding it out the window to use apple pay. The first time he literally yelled at me saying the cord is stopping him from holding the card terminal out the window, & I explained to him I always use apple pay and they hold the terminal out the window for me. Well today I actually caught him in his lie, and if he does it again I will be taking a photo to post. All i’m saying is to treat each customer the same.

I’m flabbergasted by my experience at this DD location today. I went through the drive thru window and ordered a hot chai latte before taking my son to the park. I got the drink, and it was cold to the touch. I told the person at the window right away, and they took it back. When I got the drink back the second time, the cup was a little warmer so I started driving away. When I took a sip, it was barely lukewarm. I’m a little irritated at this point because all I wanted was a warm to hot drink to enjoy on a nice fall day at the park. I parked, dragged my 3-year old inside and explained, nicely, to the kid at the counter that I ordered a chai latte and got two cold/lukewarm drinks. The person who I dealt with called his coworker an idiot and took my drink back. I won’t even get into the inappropriate personal conversations the employees were having while I stood there waiting for my third attempt at a hot drink. I got my drink back a third time, the cup was slightly warmer and I was just done so I left. When I took a drink outside, I realized that the kid gave me a completely different drink than what I ordered (regular latte instead of a chai latte) AND it wasn’t even that much warmer ??‍♀️ Now I’m at the park writing this stupid review without a hot drink. I won’t be ordering from this location again. It’s just a bunch of kids who have no idea what they’re doing.

Decent Dunkin. Usually pretty speedy in taking and delivering orders and they are usually made as requested. When the drivethru is busy it can be hell, with the backup extending out onto Green Pond Rd which is horrendous.
