The guy in the morning has a nasty attitude towards customers no reason for such negativity even was nice and said thank you to him when he handed my drinks and food to me and all he did was give me a dirty look.

Go anywhere else. I have NEVER had such a poor dunkin experience. I was given a moldy bagel and an iced coffee made so poorly it was just milk. No straw either but i’m not surprised. This was after they had none of the things I ordered via the app and I waited extra for them to make changes. Abysmal customer service.

Is it really that hard to acknowledge your customers? They just stand around not taking orders of customers. It's awkward and weird. At minimum tell them to use the kiosk....but not everyone wants to

I stood inside the store for more than 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged me and then I was told I'd have to wait while they tended to drive through

It’s my third day in a row ordering a cold brew coffee and I’ve been given regular iced coffee which isn’t as strong and is typically more expensive. It’s ironic that this month they’re running the $3 cold brew offer, I get coffee at least 3X a week I know the difference between a cold brew and a regular coffee and at this point idc about the money, I’ll pay full price I just want to be given what I’m ordering. Very frustrating to pay for something and go out of your way before work to not be given what you’re ordering.

Pulled through the drive-through not expecting much. Ordered 2 strawberry Coolatas. Was not told the price or had it confirmed by the person requesting my card. They gave me my card back and 2 straws without a word. The blonde guy came over to the window with the drinks in hand and called out to a coworker asking if i had been given straws. After being told "yes" he gave me the drinks. I said "have a nice day." He said nothing to me at all. I felt like a nuisance instead of a customer. On top of that, the drinks were bland. They likely eye-balled it and called it a day. Very poor customer service. I would rather drive across town than return.
