I gave this place probably 6 chances doesn't matter which employees are working there. They're slow. They're horrible. They're talking to each other while I'm at the window for 5 minutes, waiting for one coffee, they can care less about any customers.

9:52pm. Guy asked me what I wanted over the intercom and just never answered me back. I walk inside and ask if I can get a hot coffee and the guy said no weāre closing early. Definitely needs a new staff

the guy serving me burped while talking to me the bread was so burnt and dismembered, i hot a drink and they put no straw i and to use one of mine that barely worked worst dunkin'' experience i have ever had don't go there.

I used to love going to this location but recently you have to wait around 10 minutes just to get your order taken if you go in store so Iād recommend just going through the drive through as they seem to prioritize that line more.

It was 9:50 PM when I stopped by Dunkinā Donuts to grab an iced coffee through the drive-thru. The employee told me to come inside to place my order, so I did. Once inside, he asked if I was paying with cash. I said no, Iām using a credit card and then he said the system was already closed. Really? It wasnāt even closing time yet. This isnāt the first time this has happened at this location, and itās disappointing to see the same issue keep happening. Customers should be able to order until the actual closing time. This is exactly why businesses go out of business because of employees who donāt care about their customers.

The guy in the morning has a nasty attitude towards customers no reason for such negativity even was nice and said thank you to him when he handed my drinks and food to me and all he did was give me a dirty look.
