I used to love going to this location but recently you have to wait around 10 minutes just to get your order taken if you go in store so I’d recommend just going through the drive through as they seem to prioritize that line more.
Been going to this Dunkin for years. Can't they have never messed up my order. Other then forgetting to give me one of my doughnuts, one time . But they fixed that with no issues..
Considering that this is the only drive through Dunkin around, we use them a lot, but recently have been trying not to. They have had nice, friendly and good customer service. Quick order preparation and all was fine, until recently. Recently we had our orders mixed up completely, sometimes items missing, not giving us what we asked for or giving us something else, and it is sad because you drive away, get home and realize you have completely different order.
