Been going to this Dunkin for years. Can't they have never messed up my order. Other then forgetting to give me one of my doughnuts, one time . But they fixed that with no issues..
Considering that this is the only drive through Dunkin around, we use them a lot, but recently have been trying not to. They have had nice, friendly and good customer service. Quick order preparation and all was fine, until recently. Recently we had our orders mixed up completely, sometimes items missing, not giving us what we asked for or giving us something else, and it is sad because you drive away, get home and realize you have completely different order. Yes, maybe at times...
My grandson and I visited this store twice after school. The store was clean and their Doughnuts, Cakes, and Ice Creams were well displayed. The added highlights were the employees interactions with my grandson. They were hospitable, engaging and funny.
