I buy caramel iced coffee w cream and caramel the same way at every Dunkin. I went here and the guy made it and it was very strong barely any cream and no caramel. After going to my car I came right back in and asked that he fix my drink because it was horrible. He made me another drink the exact same way. I tried to explain to the manager what I want and he just spoke over me and refuse to listen. He says it’s his job to make the customer happy. And I asked how can you make the customer happy if you don’t listen to what the customer is asking for he just kept talking over me and fixing my drink the way he thought would make me happy instead of listening to what I wanted in my drink. I asked for refund told him I will go to the other Dunkin down the street he refused to refund me and I left and left the drink on his counter! Very very very bad service and customer service. The woman there have made my drinks correctly in the past and the listen when I let them know what I would like. But the manager there, doesn’t listen well and that’s very important if your goal is to make you customer happy.. I just prefer to spend my money else where.. there is always another dunking with 5 miles away! Take the drive

A small and cozy coffee shop with delicious and fragrant coffee. It's not hard for me to please in this respect because I'm not a picky person.But some people complain all the time, I call them whiners.

This is the 3rd morning in a row that I received the wrong order in the drive through. I get to work and it's the wrong thing. They are also very rude the guy at the window just snatches your payment, no good morning or thank you. Very rude and abrasive attitudes there. I will have to find another place to go
