Employees are competent and friendly (Except for one) - drinks and food are made fairly quick.
I have always seen the place decently clean and offers a wide selection of seats to eat inside.
Unfortunately, donut selection can be hit or miss at times with certain ones being out of stock.
If you're looking for a DD that doesn't hire employees who remain glued to their phones and are inherently lazy, this is a good pick.

This morning I was here and standing in line with no one in front of me the employees walked past me and the person behind me for 10 minutes and never took our order and we both left .it was so rude never said good morning or we will be with you shortly nothing. I will never come here and on my way out they just laughing and talking. I will spread the word about this place that the customer service sucks

It is a horrible experience.The guy who had like a ganster tattoo al over his arm.Never smile.Negative energy top.We made an order ice coffee and double shakin.Never listen and eye contact with customers.Wrong product provide with his negative face.Never come again ! This store must be put training program his employers.As like business owner I highly recommend to owner to do so !

I was extremely happy to see my favorite donut was at this
I am active duty in the military on a road trip with my family. We stopped for coffee, as I was leaving I noticed the veteran's day sign about a free donut. I said "Why not?", went back into the store to ask for a donut and was refused, "As it was for seniors only". Just a bit disappointed.

I didn't know fast food could be so inconsistent. If I order a dozen donuts here, on a good day they have 6/12 of the donuts I ordered in stock. Some items, such as apple fritters, they just don't carry. And if there's a special donut of the month or whatever, there's a good chance they just don't have that either. If I order a sandwich, 90% of the time the bacon is burnt. Sometimes I get 2 slices of bacon, sometimes I get 10.. The other day I placed an order, they filled the first item on the order and just like... Forgot to fill the rest. As if someone read the first item and was just like "okay done!" And lastly.. I don't know what's going on at this specific dunkin but all the drinks taste slightly worse than any other dunkin I've been too. The coffee tastes like dirty and burnt and the ice tea just.. Idk isn't as good. If I had to venture a guess, I'd imagine they don't clean their instruments well. The only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because everyone at this shop is very kind and friendly.. Unfortunately, everything else sucks. I don't have a lot of options so Im sort of stuck going here, I just wish they would try to do better, they give Dunkin a bad name.
