Messed up my order. How do you accidentally add cheese it's 5 guys. It's so simple to make burgers at 5 guys. Literally train the staff better cause how do you accidentally add cheese? I never messed up a burger working at 5 guys it's SO easy to work there. Such a simple job such simple food to make. Ruined my whole lunch. Thanks

I have never seen a restaurant so clean. Kudos to them. The sandwiches were so amazing that we forgot to take pictures. Fries which Cajun spices was great as well, but it could be even better if they had fried them a little longer.Parking: The place is just across AMC. There are a lot of parking spots available.

Yum! I've come here before and I came out full, nearly barfing with fullness... however this time was a lot better!I got a Little Bacon Cheeeburger... and I split it. That was just enough. It was very good, but a quarter pounder from McDonald's was just as good. It did taste pretty real though, and had some good flavors. Slightly drier than previously, which is probably good. The fries weee extremely plentiful, even for a small, but they were pretty dry. Again, I guess that's good, because that means not a lot of grease, but they tasted bland.The service was fine, I guess it is stressful working there.It was a pretty good atmosphere, what you would expect from such a burger place. Nothing too clean but not extremely dirty.

Walking in the restaurant was very loud, the floor was a bit messy but it was good enough for a five guys, me and my friend split a Little Bacon Cheeseburger and Small fries and the food was very good but the burger was a bit dry. The service was good, the guy behind the counter was very nice and had a great voice for calling out orders.
My last trip to five guys on 12/14/2023 at Rockaway, NJ mall I got something extra in my bacon cheeseburger - a nice shard of SHARP piece of GLASS. It’s a good thing I didn’t bite into it. I can only imagine what would have happened if I did. I did cut my finger on it when I was wrapping remaining burger up. I went to cashier and all I got is I’m sorry, here’s a bandaid and a refund for the burger. I think it’s safe to say I won’t be coming back nor recommend this place.

This place is great and we probably go far too often. They keep it simple only offering burgers, dogs, and fries. They also have great milkshakes. My son likes the peanut butter one. If you've never been here be warned the fry orders are much larger than you think they'll be and they're so good you'll eat all of them.

Can not hear a thing, workers are impolite and unconcerned with quality over speed. Speaking of speed there isnt any at all. waited 30 minutes with the store half full and mostly served. absolute dog water
