So not only did my mother wait an hour and a half for our order(we live 6 minutes away) the food was made wrong and tasted terrible. Will never order from here again. She asked for a medium rare burger you gave us a medium well which burnt far beyond that. Always some issue here.

We ordered ONE cheese pizza and we live 3 minutes away .. the lady told us it will be ready soon … 30 minutes later we called back and they said the driver was on their way .. 30 minutes later we called again and the lady gave us a hard time and told us the pizza driver was on the way .. after an hour of half of us calling the restaurant the driver didn’t even have the right number after we corrected them multiple times. Eventually we got the pizza after all the hassle and the pizza was cold .. extremely disappointed and will not be going here ever again ..

Had takeout chicken and Shrimp scampi. Only 3 shrimp and one piece chicken cutlet. Not a scampi sauce, has chunks of tomato, no garlic, no butter. Ordered salad no onion, onion was in salad. They can do better.

I may have caught them on a bad day, but I ordered my pizza, they told me one price over the phone and charged me more when I arrived. When I asked why, they said it was because I used a debit card. The worst part is the pizza was soggy and gross. I am not likely to return.

You know, if I’m going to pay $64 American dollars for 2 pizzas- those pizzas Better be amazing. These are not amazing. The crust is way too thick, cheese falling off everywhere, and it’s cut super unevenly. Pretty disappointed because we’ve had good pizza from there before but like everywhere else in rockaway, you can’t count on consistency.

So Pizza Rustica has an online ordering system. Guess what? It doesn’t seem to print out tickets so when you arrive, they have no idea you ordered anything. Not that it matters but I won’t be going back here anymore. Too many options that can actually handle the ordering process.
