Gong cha, located in Rockaway Mall, offers a decent experience. Although its quality has declined since its widespread expansion, the tapioca is still fresh and chewy. Service is relatively quick, even during busy periods. The staff, including considerate cashier Alivia, can make a difference. While the bubble tea is amazing, some staff members' attitudes could improve.
