The Hispanic girl behind the counter doesn’t know how to make drinks she was too busy catering and chit chatting with her friends that stopped by the stall. Got the crème brûlée brown sugar milk tea and she didn’t even caramelize the top with the blowtorch.

This gongcha was probably the worst gongcha I have ever been to. Their tea tasted really old. I asked for 50 percent ice and when I got my drink, it was warm and there was no ice in it. We told them the drink came out horribly and they said they can't do anything about it. If you care about your stomach, I would not go here to drink their drink. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I would suggest opening earlier than noon and 11:30 on friday/saturday. On the few occasions I stop by on Saturday and wanting a milk tea, they refuse to serve cos it's too early sometimes minutes before 11:30am while the girl working there just sits on her chair mindlessly staring at the wall. Alot of people drink bubble tea in morning like coffee. Imagine if Starbucks opened at noon? They'd be out of business.

I work in the industry and these probably high school girls are rude and unprofessional. literally watching a video on one of their phones IN THE MIDDLE of my ordering and laughing about it. worst customer service ever. did not hear order correctly and gave me milk tea instead of mango milk tea. I asked so politely if it was okay to remake the drink, maybe they misheard me and she rolled her eyes at me. drink was the worst watered down gong cha i’ve had. nothing like other gong cha locations. a waste of $15 for two bad drinks and rude service.
