Service is horrible. People lined up with no direction. The one person working had ear buds in the entire 10 minutes I waited with no acknowledgement whatsoever. Myself and two other customers walked away and ordered from another place.

The meat was freezer burnt, literally threw it out after 2 bites. Not much to throw out because the wrap is smaller then my hand

Went for lunch today and my chicken wrap was sour and had clearly gone bad. My wife attempted to speak to the woman at the counter and was told it’s fine and she doesn’t agree. She just took my food back and tossed it out. I spent almost $18 to throw out all my food. No option for anything else or refund. I will NEVER go here again. 0 stars. Do not recommend. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Great Wraps is located in a food court of a shopping center. The only vegan choice in the food court is the Falafel by Great Wraps. We loved it! Very good and very good size. The girl serving us was very nice. Unfortunately there was only one vegan choice but it was very good 😊.
