Had to check my receipt to make sure it was only 6.99. The Lamb and chicken Gyro are the first time months I felt like I got what I paid for. Guys at the counter were excellent service as well.

*WARNING: FOOD GOT MY WIFE AND I SICK ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28.* Service was tough. Bad communication with servers. One employee coughed in the kitchen and showed no urgency to avoid the kitchen while coughing up a lung. He wasn't quick to wash his hands; however, he did eventually. Food was not authentic. The red velvet cake was solid. Lamb had inconsistent seasoning, fatty. Veggies were not as fresh as I'd like. The sauces were not authentic or flavorful. We both got sick, and never got around to trying their fried chicken. I guess that's why it was empty on a Saturday afternoon. Please be patient when ordering and be careful about what you eat if you plan to give Gyro King a shot. Peace, love, and prosperity to you all. @TeslaTonight ??

I ordered a lamb gyro and 2 falafel. AMAZING! The lamb was perfectly seasoned and very tender. You get to pick your own toppings; the veggies were so fresh and crunchy. The tzatziki sauce was really good and the hot sauce was the perfect level of heat and spice on the gyro. The falafel's I really liked. They did not absorb the oil they were fried in. So they weren't greasy at all. This was my first time trying Gyro King in Rockaway. The prices are very reasonable. The quality and quantity of what I got was perfect for lunch. I look forward to ordering there again. The two gentlemen that took care of my order were super nice and professional. Thank you Gyro King : )

Delicious food, great prices and friendly staff. The gyro mix platter was good and the popcorn chicken is delicious also, cheeseburgers and chicken sandwich are also very good and the food is all halal. keep up the good work and good luck.
The fried chicken is excellent here. I've tried the 4 piece and 6 piece. The lamb over rice is also good. Solid choice for food.

Prices and products on website don't match what they actually cost or you get. ordered combo 1 cheese burger with 4 wings fries and a can of soda. didn't get the wings when I saw actual menu from the store combo was listed different with no wings . Don't promote something online u don't offer after I already paid. The cheese burger tasted almost exactly like a bk whopper almost like the Left over from the night before but with new veggies. Fries were good and so was the lamb Gyro the chicken gyro not so much

I have now been 3 times since they opened, the owners are incredible humble and nice. Their food is absolutely incredible- the chicken gyro is a must get. Once you have it once you won't stop thinking about it lol, trust me. Great new spot!
