This was the first time my wife an I have been here since we were kids & now we got to zhare it with our little girl & it was just as good as we remembered, the food was hot & fresh, the staff were very friendly & courteous, & the restaurant itself was clean & very well kept. We will absolutely be back.

We ordered twice from this place snd it was good, not sure what happened this time. Everything was bad. Chicken burnt. fries so old and tough, corn old and tough and burnt! Not sure how you can burn boiled corn! Biscuits mix, some ok, some old and tough like rock. Never ordering from any kfc again

I normally go to KFC 3 to 4 times a month. The one in Rockaway is always been very disappointing. Last time I went there, the portion was so small. It wasn’t even worth the seven dollars I paid. This time the portion was bigger, but the food was ice cold, almost like they didn’t even cook it before they gave it to us. Going forward I’m just not even gonna bother with this KFC anymore

Today and their hours. They said they close at 11 but locked the doors to the restaurant and it was 10 an hour before closing and workers were just sitting their laughing not a care in the world I worked 14 hrs today and haven't eaten once. Never will come back

I usually go to this restaurant often but I want to mention that the treatment has improved a lot and the food too, I talked to a manager named Alexander and he helped us a lot since the guys who were taking my order did not understand me also the chicken is sometimes dark or old but this time it was perfect.
