I normally go to KFC 3 to 4 times a month. The one in Rockaway is always been very disappointing. Last time I went there, the portion was so small. It wasn’t even worth the seven dollars I paid. This time the portion was bigger, but the food was ice cold, almost like they didn’t even cook it before they gave it to us. Going forward I’m just not even gonna bother with this KFC anymore

Today and their hours. They said they close at 11 but locked the doors to the restaurant and it was 10 an hour before closing and workers were just sitting their laughing not a care in the world I worked 14 hrs today and haven't eaten once. Never will come back

I usually go to this restaurant often but I want to mention that the treatment has improved a lot and the food too, I talked to a manager named Alexander and he helped us a lot since the guys who were taking my order did not understand me also the chicken is sometimes dark or old but this time it was perfect.

Food was what you would expect. Kiosk to order, other than being handed a bag, that was my only interaction with an employee. The table had crumbs, and we were the only ones eating in the restaurant. It was very cold in the restaurant, so much that we left swiftly as we were shivering.

Workers weren't attentive when ready to order food nobody's at the register not a good establishment, I ordered a 4 piece combo meal and got 3 pieces of chicken, not a happy camper!!
This place is LITERALLY FALLING APART!. The interior of this KFC location is dirty and neglected, the tables, seats and boots, are in terrible condition, the kitchen has not seen a good cleaning for years, and the bathrooms are disgusting. Service was mediocre, the food was bad, re-heated old chicken pieces-French fries and biscuit, bad refrigerated coleslaw salad. I think PEOPLE deserves respect and be treated with dignity. This place should be shut down by the local authorities!

The place is not pleasant at all, the bathroom, although clean, looks stained, the service was good but the food I can say that I wasted my money. The fries soaked in grease, looked old, and the chicken was tasteless, fried in oil oldest they had. They don't give you sauces of any kind. Definitely nothing good to say.

About 5 months ago I ordered 12 pieces of chicken and fries and what they gave me were the leftovers from the day, since then I never order from this place again, today I decided to give it another chance and it was the worst decision I could make, they gave me old chicken again that tasted like burnt oil, the potatoes were old and had no flavor at all.

Been a while since we've been. Decided to give it another try and the food was absolutely terrible. Beyond greasy. The mac and cheese was mostly brown and overcooked. I couldn't even bite into the chicken sandwich. Took a lot of force to rip in half and it somehow looks undercooked yet feels way overcooked. Absolutely disgusting
