I really do love this ice cream stand at the Rockaway Mall. The website really says that the milk itself is made from real Llama milk. Some ice cream flavours are just so unique that not a-lot of Americans are use to, but for Latinos like me, it brings in an inner peace childhood memory that has been unlocked. It is on the slightly pricy side, but it is very much worth it when the ice cream flows down your throat and you end up smiling for the rest of your day

Love the Lucuma and Passion Fruit flavors, they are my go to from Llama Ice Cream. The server Gaby was friendly and helpful and pretty quick in taking my order.I do think there should be more than one person working in the early afternoon on a Saturday because there was a line which made me order less so that other people could order in a timely fashion.

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. I was looking forward to ice cream with my friend and this worker was on FaceTime the whole order and wasn’t even paying attention to us. My friend asked for a sample of the vanilla ice cream and she unknowingly gave her the banana one… my friend is severely allergic to bananas and she almost ate it, all because the workers call was more important. When she ordered I tried ordering next and she ignored me and my friend got just her ice cream but I couldn’t say anything because she was on the phone and giving me attitude. Needs better customer service she was so rude, she needs to be fired.

I didn't think it was possible to make bad ice cream but every flavor I tried was terrible. I opted for the lime sorbet which I didn't try beforehand thinking its impossible to screw up lime sorbet. I can't tell you how wrong I was! It was the worst of the bunch. I threw it away after the 1st taste. $5 for a mini cup. Should have just thrown the money in the garbage....in the end, that would have been a better deal. At least I wouldn't have subjected myself to terrible ice cream.
My boyfriend and I decided to try this ice cream place since there is nothing like it where we live. We ordered one cookies and cream milkshake. Well with the language barrier it was difficult to understand the female workers. On top of that they didn't even ask us if we wanted whip cream on our milkshake and decided to just add the whip cream to our milkshake. (This milkshake was supposed to be shared.) I'm allergic to whip cream so my boyfriend ended up having the milkshake to himself.

Bought a 10$ milkshake and it was made completely wrong. Way too much milk….waste of money. No excuse when you charge this much…... Complete waste of money. Untrained child employee…..Seems like they just sell massproduced product.

Stopped by today. The available flavors were very interesting. I had mamey and Peruvian lacuma. The family had passion fruit, vanilla, coffee, coconut, cookies & cream. All were very good. Only negative was some ice crystals, so not as creamy. Definitely will return.
