We have been visiting this place for 3 years, my children like it because of the games, the food is good, I give them this rating because generally the Hispanic staff are always friendly and in general, until today when my mother attended with my children and the morning yesterday she served them in the worst way, racist, since we are a Hispanic American family, apart from that it was not only with my mother and children, but with the other Hispanic families. I hope this improves!!

My mom just got back from there and she ordered a steak egg and cheese sandwich paid that price and once she got home and opened it it was sausage egg and cheese two different prices and sandwiches. Idk if that's a new scheme or what but it's not right.

Who doesn't love McDonald's? Food is good, I like that they have a play area... BUT service, my goodness do they need training.. staff is nice but there is LITERALLY not a time where they get my order correct. I never do drive thru because I already know something will be missing from my order and I will have to go inside any way. .. I hope they get their act together by the time Wendy's opens...Please train your staff on quality checks

I had ordered food for me and my brother and they forgot basically half of the food that was supposed to be in the bag you would think if this happened once it would be OK and you can forget, but this is something that happened multiple times in this location it’s not like they didn’t charge me for it They just didn’t put it in the bag. Funny how you always have to pay. When you don’t get your food.

Just an absolute mess at this place. I get things can get a little hectic, but 30 minutes at the counter and only like 5 other people in there with me, they still got my order wrong and I don't get a sorry for the wait or any acknowledgment for the poor service McDonald's has definitely gone down hill as for as quality for a fast food standards

There is no way the positive reviews for this location are legit. I would never go here except I have a kindergartner and I like to be able to offer the occasional happy meal as a treat. One small positive is this is the rare location that has a playland even if it is disgusting. This location must have all prices set at the highest level McD corp allows. While sitting with my kid in playland I was temporarily interested in trying the chicken big mac until I saw a meal combo was 15 bucks. But pricing is not the main reason this place is garbage. The indoor restaurant is not maintained at all. The staff seem like they are sleepwalking and the only evidence of life is you can tell they are actively avoiding customers. The place is filthy and service takes forever. Please for the love of god corporate take away this operators franchise agreement and give it to someone else.
Always a positive experience whenever I go to the drive-thru at this McDonald's in the morning! Their morning team at both windows are always very friendly, always greet me with a smile, and very efficient with my order. They run a very smooth operation in the mornings and I highly suggest you stop by for your next McDonald's breakfast:)

The young man at the counter made eye contact with me several times while I waited and then pretended like he didn’t see me. I just needed a refill. Floors were pretty clean though.

Today the battery on my car stopped working in the middle of the McDonalds drive through. I panicked and saw an employee from McDonald’s that was working outside and asked him to help me. He went inside and got another employee to help him. They both pushed my car to the parking lot. One of them went out of their way to go next door and ask for a jump starter and started my car for me. I didn’t get their names but they work there all the time and I see them whenever I order food. I came here to give them a big shoutout and thank them for everything they did. I’m so thankful there still are some good people out there!
