Great place

We love coming to this particular location after a hard week at work. Rockaway Miller’s is our go-to! We are always greeted by Silvana, the hostess, who immediately gives us a warm welcome as if we are family. We truly love coming here. The best service, the best smiles, and everyone is so attentive. The food is great and we’ve never been disappointed.

Miller Ale House is like going home to your favorite pub❣ The staff are always friendly and helpful. You always get a great meal that tastes like a home cooked meal and you can't beat the pub feel❣

Maddy is the best server ever. If you come here, ask for her!

We when were greeted, the host asked us if a “high top” (table) was ok. We politely said no because we had two senior citizens in our party which he failed to realize/consider and copped an attitude. We then begrudgingly got sat at a booth and the server immediately came over and what seemed like, pressuring us for our drink orders. We felt rushed from the get go and got some easy sodas because we didn’t even look at the menu yet. Upon bringing the sodas, the server again was ready to go to the next step and rapidly take our order. We ended up getting four basic cheeseburgers. We felt obligated to make a decision and not to ask about the menu. One member in our party had a gluten allergy and had no choice to ask the server if she had a gluten free menu, to which she received a simple yet curt “no.” NOT helpful nor accommodating at all. Fast forward to getting the burgers - extremely greasy and luke warm at best. Fries tasted like that had been sitting under heat lamps for hours. Yuck. By the time the server had come over to check on us, it was too late. We just left an abhorrent amount of food on the plates. Being still hungry, we asked for the donut holes to hopefully fill us up. Unfortunately they were very underwhelming. They looked nothing like the picture on the menu. No powdered sugar/glaze; just bland basic tasteless donuts. The two sides of toppings were tasteless and suspiciously very watery. To sum it up, next time I guess we can either go back to the Olive Garden for subpar food yet better service or the Cheesecake Factory for immensely overpriced food that actually is edible. Thanks for nothing Millers.

We have dined in at Miller's several times and have had food delivered as well for the last few years. Usually dining in is excellent. Delivery is not no matter what service we use. That is the only reason I am giving an overall rating of 4 stars. On delivery every single time the sides are missing from the dinners. When salads are ordered the dressing is missing. This happens especially when specials are ordered. Tonight we ordered 2 Prime rib dinners. The restaurant forgot the potatoes for each order and even though I paid extra for a side salad the receipt indicated that the salads were our sides. Neither salad had the dressing we requested. We counted ourselves lucky that our son's burger had his fries. I am disappointed.

Food was terrible . I had salmon and mashed potatoes and vegetables. The salmon was so over cooked and tasted like fake smoke . The mashed potatoes were more gravy than potatoes and it didn’t say anything about gravy on the menu ! The vegetables medley was filled with raw red onion . Horrible . My daughter had fish and chips . Super greasy and only a few chips . Only good thing was my husbands burger but again a couple fries . We go donut holes for dessert . You had to squeeze out the grease with 5 napkins ! Never again . Why we got a red napkin to show it was our first time I have no clue .

Steak was overcooked and a little dry. The loaded baked potato was excellent and the wings were yummy! Everything else we ordered was perfect. The drinks (alcohol) were tasty and priced fair. All around was a really nice experience. This was my 2nd time there, and the steak was the only hiccup. It's definitely worth trying, and the staff has been very friendly both times there.

Parking: There is plenty of free parking .

I went there for lunch around With my family 1:30 PM, We had a table on the bar area. I had the pork baby ribs. It was.
Okay, the sauce it was terrible. It tastes like vinegar I didn't like it, Plus my side order was broccoli, never got it. I would spend more time there and more money. But I had the AC on top of my head. I was freezing. We had to leave ?
