It seems like they are pretty slumped in a small area. I believe they are understaffed. Unfortunately it does take a while for an order to finish. As for the woman upfront , she is nice but cocky at times. But I understand some people don’t like that. I wouldn’t come here unless i desperately want nathans.

Being a mall location I had low expectations but the hot dog was damn good. Perfectly cooked with a snappy casing. Quality mustard too.

I usually love Nathan’s all-beef hot dogs, but this location was a total letdown. It took forever for someone to even take my order—they were too busy laughing and chatting to notice customers. When I finally got my food, the fries were decent, but the hot dog was dry, overcooked, and tough—more like beef jerky than anything else. Definitely steer clear of this Nathan’s.

If you stand in front of the register to order, the lady ignores you and walks away. I had that happen three times already. I walked away today. Never going back. Why work in the customer service industry if you don’t want to be bothered? Smh.

The tall black lady with small curly hair has an attitude issue. I said “can I have a chicken sandwich” where she responds “I don’t know CAN you”, making me feel embarrassed. When I was still deciding, she said something that I couldn’t hear in a similar tone. I was disrespected and will file a complaint.
Additionally, she did not state there were different sizes for the soda and I got a large instead of a small, not even knowing a smaller size was available. She should be fired.

Horrible horrible horrible!!?? they provide stale stinky food..their food and staff over there at the Rockaway Simon mall sucks so much ??I can’t believe how they are still in business over there with so many great restaurants around. I and my family regret going there..what a wastage ??u guys suck!!!

Of the three people working, only one had gloves on (one glove on one hand) that he used to answer the phone, touch all the order screens, and touch all the food. The hush puppies were also completely raw on the inside.
