I was looking forward to trying their after my mom raved about it. We got takeout and it wasn't a pleasant experience. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes before someone actually took my order. I was told it would take 15 minutes for the order to be fulfilled but it took much longer. The food was oily and okay. We ordered teriyaki chicken, Kung Pao chicken, and mapo tofu. The teriyaki chicken had burnt pieces in it which were not edible. The Kung Pao chicken and mapo tofu were okay, We ordered brown rice with our entrees and it was al dente and not enjoyable. Overall, my expectations were not met.

My family and I have been to quite a few P.F. Chang’s in the ny/nj area however the Rockaway, NJ location is by far one of the best locations in regard to service, food and overall hospitality. The manager Azeneth was attentive warm and welcoming. Our server Jason was amazinggg, super nice and knowledgeable. We will be back!

Does price matter? I realize that the economy is in a bad place but honestly the prices here are insane and is charging different prices for apps dependent on where you sit even legal??? Another great place of not too long ago is destined for ultimate failure.
