I accidentally placed a good sized order to the wrong location, while trying to place it to this location. I called to cancel it at the other location before they had a chance to make the food. They refunded my order from the other location, but all the coupons I had used were lost.

When I explained to Maddie, at the register, she was very sweet and patient and offered to look it up, and see if the coupons showed up on her end. When they didn't she called the manager, Mike over.

He couldn't reinstate the coupons, so he took the time to ring up the items that would bring it close to the same price, and still made sure we got everything that was on our order. That is true customer service!

He could have just told us there was nothing he could do, but instead he went above and beyond, with grace and patience, as if it was his pleasure to do it! I truly appreciate this level of customer service, caring and kindness toward customers who made an innocent mistake.

I wish every location would handle things so gracefully! Thank you Mike and crew!!

I bought a bacon Mac and cheese and paid EXTRA but never got bacon. I used the app and had to go to work after. It’s even checked on the receipt. Such a disappointment. I’ve been to the Denville Panera and have never had this happen. Money doesn’t come from trees.

Pretty blase and average. I for the most part stopped going there because their food is no longer remarkable, but rather typical. The service is okay but like Starbucks, they are known to be anti-union and not great to their employees. A few months ago, they stopped making their own bread at the individual stores. Love this panera bread! Come about once a week at different times. Always clean, never a wait, plenty of places to sit, and many drink options and specials. Staff is nice and professional.

Overall this Panera is ok, and in a nice place, but I was there plenty of times and never hot water is there (it’s just cold) but written is “hot” -funny 😂
Also, when I saw this dusty monitor under cooking area I was wondering that this thick layer of dust can easily fly everywhere including to my sandwiches. So it’s minimum unsanitary conditions….

Every time I go here they’re out of iced coffee, and of course I’m filling the cup myself and no one is around to help or care. They never care to make sure to keep it stocked, all different times of the day. Other nearby locations make sure to, but not here. They also always make you wait to take your order, there’s no customer appreciation by this staff. Seems like really bad management. After waiting on line I had to wait longer for her to remove the breakfast items, but there’s no reason she couldn’t do that after taking my order. Absolutely no customer service skills and the employees don’t treat you how they would want to be treated themselves. Would rather go to any other location nearby.

figured i’d give this place a few chances to see if the same issues kept happening.
i order every so often on my break across the building.
i’ve had things missing every single order at this point.
if i have a salad and im spending 16 dollars on a meal, i should get every ingredient that comes in my salad and maybe more than three bites of lettuce.
other locations have no other issues like this.
i’ll be taking my business to those.

This is my local Panera and they are very consistent , consistently poor. I go once a year just in case it gets better, but 5 years in a row, still terrible. The staff are so friendly, no doubt but can’t get an order right. It’s not a Panera thing because the one in the trade zone has no issues. So sad because it has so much going for it. See you next year.
