Ordered a cheesesteak, which comes with cheese, got zero cheese.... Also ordered the abruzzi, which comes with broccoli rabe, no broccoli Rabe. Bunch of new ppl there now, stoner children working this primos who couldn't make a mediocre sandwich if they tried. Won't be ordering from here again.

This place isn't consistent at all. You go in one time and the service is great and another time it's not. I also didn't appreciate the two workers smack talking myself and my husband when we complained to them about incorrect items in our order. If you are going to talk smack, please make sure the paying customers cannot hear you. 😊

I love this place. The hoagies are loaded! Other sandwhich shops try and rip you off with very little meat, but this place stuffs them. The Italian subs are where it's at. Shootout to CJ and Jerry for making a beast on bread and being cool.
CJ, Nicole, and Jerry were all amazing, so polite and helpful. They were also patient with all the questions we had as new customers. Our hoagies were delicious and the team would kindly check on us to make sure everything came out to our liking. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice to give Primo Hoagies a try!

Had the “Bada Bing!” which was a CK Cutlet with Broccoli Rabe. Wish I had taken a picture before enjoying it. Great eats!
