Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Stopped by today 1/29/2025 for dinner after work. The restaurant was nearly empty. I sat by the bat waiting to order, no one came over. About 5minutes of waiting I finally took a walk around to see if anyone was around. I saw a couple of workers sitting at a table playing with there phones. One of the girls asked me if she could help me. I told her never mind I will go eat somewhere else, I did not want to interrupt there little meeting, I said it with sarcasm. The level of service today is appealing! Never coming back here again.

They kicked me out of here and told me I wasn't allowed to panhandle on the side of the restaurant. I sat in the bar area to stay out of the cold and they told me I can't be in here unless I buy alcohol and customers complained about me after I asked them for money. I just need money and I desperately asked for free food from the restaurant, but they had no compassion for me.

Can't really complain about my burger, it was really good. Got the new jalapeno burger. Might need to look into upgrading the decor inside.

My daughter and I came up to visit my Mom and we came for a bite to eat. My daughter has anxiety issues and she wanted to sit in the big booth. We sat and immediately were made to move because she and my mom were told it was only for big groups. Now, I’m also 8 and a half months pregnant, I think it’s crude for making a child move especially since she was also thinking of my comfort.
Shame on the person that did this. This was supposed to be a special day for my daughter since it’s our last road trip til I deliver my 2nd child.

Always seems a bit like no one wants to be here. Servers and bartenders have always been friendly to me. But there's kinda long waits (that I've seen) and the food's okay but seems overly pre-prepared. I like the place and will go back. I just hope it stays open.

Red Robin is one of my favorite chain stores, but this one deceived me. They to
ok forever to serve, I had a 5 year old, always her macaroni and cheese is serve as soon as we sit, not on this place, according to manager they were waiting for the rest of the order. Sad very sad.

The receptionist was not at her position and was very rude when giving us a table. She definitely doesn't know how to do her job. What a bad service.

We had a party of 10 kids and 4 adults and the waitresses and managers were very attentive. Food was delicious. Will be back here again and recommend !
