During a recent visit for lunch with my sister, we witnessed an unfortunate situation at this establishment. The Asian manager was extremely rude while training a new employee, belittling him and yelling in front of customers. This behavior is unacceptable for someone in a management position and reflects a lack of proper leadership skills. It's crucial for managers to treat their staff with respect and compassion, especially in front of customers. I will be reporting this incident to corporate, as no one deserves to be treated that way.

Have loved this place for many years, but they’ve cheaped out with their Veggie Delight meal. Absolutely no veggies on it except for cabbage. So your vegetarians are eating sauced cabbage over rice without even a speck of broccoli or carrots.

Portions at this mall is terrible compared to Bridgewater or Menlopark mall. I tried ordering extra chicken the 2nd time having lunch here because I knew the chicken portion wouldn’t be enough. Instead I was charged 2x for 2 chicken combos with double the vegetables but barely any additional chicken. It’s hard to communicate with the workers there.

THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST CONFUSED PEOPLE! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! ALL OF THEM!! I PAID FOR MY ORDER AND DID NOT RECEIVE IT. No refund, NOTHING!! A whole lotta yelling. When I arrived to pick my order up they told me someone picked it up for me. Lol wth, who? then continued on with their day as if I wasn’t standing there. I recommend Teriyaki Madness next to Target! 5 stars!!!

I can’t complain. Every time I eat here I’m happy with the food, never had a bad experience at all. Sure it’s expensive and the portions are smaller than they used to be, but that’s every place in the past few years. Not sure why there are so many other low star reviews
Not only has the container shrunk, but they are putting mostly rice very little protein. The place is not worth it anymore.

Absolutely stingy on the food given for the price paid. Order extra chicken and you half the normal amount then a bit extra. I'm lucky if I had 3 pieces of vegetables. $9- for combo and $2- extra chicken and get less than normal.Not worth the time and effort or cost to eat there anymore.

Terrible.The vegetables tasted like the smell of a dirty hay and the other aromas associated with that.The noodles tasted like raw dough.They grill and cross contaminate the shrimp with the chicken.
