Don't even bother stopping at this location inside the mall while shopping. Showed up early at 1045am on a Sunday. 4 people standing behind the counter doing nothing and was told they weren't open till 11. No problem. I went and sat down with my wife and waited the 15minutes. At 11 we walked up stood there for almost 2 minutes before we were acknowledged but only because i had asked if they were open yet. I told them my order but they couldnt even take it. Why? Because not one not two but all 4 of them didnt even know how to turn the register on to take my order. We stood in front of the register while the one girl called someone on there phone trying to ask for help. Whoever was on the phone must have been braindead because they were no help either. Stood there for another minute while she called someone else with no help either so we just walked away without making a sale. Everyone of these people should be re-trained or let go if they dont get it. Whoever is hiring and training these people should be evaluated as well thinking these people on staff are capable of running a business should be fired.

I was a barista at another location for three years and can say for certain that not a single barista behind that counter know what they’re doing. Ordered two drinks 10 minutes prior to showing up, and when I did neither drink was finished. So I sat there with a line of 30+ people until one of my drinks came out. I stood there for ANOTHER TEN MINUTES before I just said something. Only 3 people behind the counter during Christmas week is the stupidest decision management has made. I eventually got both my drinks but of course, they were made incorrectly because of how packed and overwhelmed they were. If you can’t provide the service the company exclaims as “extraordinary” than you shouldn’t be open! I went to a different Starbucks right after this and got my drinks fixed.

I come here during my breaks at work and I always order ahead on the mobile app. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but my drinks are always atleast 10 minutes late. Right now it's 25 minutes. They are also very rude in the morning when it says they're open at 9 they turn us away until they're ready.

Asked for a bag for 4 pastries and they threw it at me. Asked for a drink holder for 3 drinks, staff threw it like we’re a big inconvenience to them.

45 minutes today for 3 drinks. No exaggeration. Checked time on receipt and time when I got my drinks. There wasn't even any line at some points. They just couldn't keep up with the drinks and made them super slow. They showed no hussle to take care of their "rush." They created their own problem. Horrible. I will never go there again. I could have left the mall, drove to the next close Starbucks and still receive my drinks faster.
