Asked for a bag for 4 pastries and they threw it at me. Asked for a drink holder for 3 drinks, staff threw it like we’re a big inconvenience to them.

45 minutes today for 3 drinks. No exaggeration. Checked time on receipt and time when I got my drinks. There wasn't even any line at some points. They just couldn't keep up with the drinks and made them super slow. They showed no hussle to take care of their "rush." They created their own problem. Horrible. I will never go there again. I could have left the mall, drove to the next close Starbucks and still receive my drinks faster.

Before getting my order I said hi how are you to some big girl with curly bleached hair and she just sat there and didn’t say a word just stared at me. So unfriendly I gave her my order and her response was short and rude.
All coffees and Frappuccino’s blended deliciously and served by very friendly and helpful baristas.

Barista sucks. He made my iced white chocolate twice. I gave a tip and both times he would not stir it and gave it to me so messy with coffee spilling over.

This is a great coffee kiosk but my husband stood there for about 30Minutes to get a regular coffee. It wouldBe nice if there is a separate line for just regular coffee.

we have been waiting 35 minute!! (no exaggeration) and when we asked for a refund they refused!! we got the drink and it was icy and the wrong size too, they told us we were being rude and everyone had been waiting more then 20 mins! unacceptable
