3 people working 1 only wearing a hat barley on his head... your serving food beards and head needs hairnet smh
6pm, Starbucks has no coffee because they are “cleaning the machine.” Crazy me, I thought I was in a Coffee Shop. (Maybe cleaning the machine after hours would be a better idea.)
Finally got a pour-over about 10 minutes later. Luke warm …

I watched them make my drink in less than a minute and this is unacceptable. They put absolutely no effort. It was filled with grains, not properly mixed, and so much matcha powder that it all fell to the bottom. I order this all the time with no problem but this was literally undrinkable and just gross. The store being “crowded” is no excuse. It doesn’t matter how many people are there, please start taking the time to give people what they paid for.

Don’t go here they took 30 minutes to make a Matcha and nobody was even in the store. The workers spend more time talking than doing their job and the drink was disgusting and made incorrectly. I’ve never had a disgusting Matcha, but they were able to make that happen. I actually don’t even understand how you take 30 minutes to make a drink and then make it wrong and disgusting. That has actually never happened to me anywhere before. Everyone needs to just stop giving their money to this place because they are wasting our time.

The dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever seen—and I’ve seen plenty of dirty ones across the country.
Absolutely filthy. Sweep. Wipe a table down. Try. People eat here. I question what’s behind the counter is this seems normal to leave the customer to see

Very slow service
I’ve been here 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times my order has been wrong even though it was right on the order slip on the cup. The one time they got my order right, they got two other peoples’ orders wrong that were waiting with me.
Lol!! Look at the reviews, and these people are STRIKING!? 😂😂 Pay them less. Peeps: Go to "The Tea Lady" in the mall from now on.
As a Daily Panera customer, Been trying something new lately. But, Went Black Friday 2024, at 7:30. All Coffee Machines were turned off. Went again, the next day at 7:30. The entire snack/pastry shelving was already emptied. LAME. Panera, has coffee and all their pasties, till the moment they close. Gotta do better.... Can't be a gamble, to go out for a snack and coffee

I ordered peppermint hot chocolate and there was way too much peppermint. It became bitter and you couldn’t even taste the chocolate. Took it back and the same overwhelming amount of peppermint was put in. I get this all the time at other locations and have never had this problem. The staff need to taste what they prepare.
The place is a pigsty. The crew here doesn't clean the tables or anything else. They blabber in the back while customers are waiting for drinks that are not arriving. This place needs better employees and new management. it is worn out and filthy here.

The coffee is fine. However, the issue, which seems to be common across many Starbucks locations and not just this one, is that the music is consistently WAY TOO LOUD. Every Starbucks seems to be blasting music, even though most people come to these spaces to work or study. The volume is so high that even wearing headphones isn't sufficient—I have to blast my headphones just to drown out the overly loud music playing at Starbucks. I doubt the employees enjoy it either. The music is louder in Starbucks than in my gym.
It doesn’t make sense; it’s not even the kind of subtle background music you’d expect in a café—it’s loud pop or techno music. What’s the purpose of this? Are we supposed to feel like we’re at a rave inside a Starbucks? It's already chaotic enough trying to work in a Starbucks, with people constantly coming in for online orders, and now we have to endure this psychological warfare. Music, if played at all, should be quiet and in the background. Many other coffee shops either play no music or keep it at a low, unobtrusive volume.
This place deserves 0stars and needs to be closed or get a new manager and clean house with new employees .
Current employees are very slow.
I made a mobile order and I arrived within 10mins to pick up my drink but it was not ready yet. I had to wait an additional 30mins for a mobile order to be completed! To make matters worse, I was not the only person who ordered on mobile and waited this long. I conversed with some customers who waited just as long and they were not happy about the service.
I watched as walk in customers order and get their drink within 5mins.
I thought the purpose of mobile order was to skip the waiting and lines but that’s not the case for this location. They have it backwards.
TERRIBLE service . Would never order or step foot in this location again.
The owner of this place needs to pass on their rights to someone who can actually run a business . I’ve read so many reviews dating back to 5 years ago and it seems the slow pace and bad employees run deep in this place. There’s honestly no hope left for this location.
The owner providing me with a link to make a complaint on Starbucks.com is poor because I’d have to go through hoops just to make a proper complaint to corporate. Just like how I went through hoops to get one cup of coffee.
