I have been drinking the same coffee for more than 10 years, a caramel macchiato, and it is the first time that I have been served a cup of milk with coffee drops. It is the first time that I have visited that store. They must teach their employees how to prepare a good coffee because it is expensive. and it's more than $5 that you pay for a little milk. the truth i threw it awaybuy a strawberry frappuccino, That's Milk and ice and a few drops of strawberry flavor. They no longer had the bottles and the employee looked and there were no more, he couldn't find another bottle in the back, they only sold me milk and water. They sell milk

Unfortunately, the woman who checked us out did not take my order correctly was very rude and when I got my cup they had double cupped it because apparently it was leaking resulting in me having coffee all over my hands and having to go and clean my cup and wash my hands. Luckily, my coffee tasted good or else I would’ve returned that to. Jeanne was my check out person. I only say this so that she can learn from her mistakes and help provide better customer service.

Staff is great, coffee is horrific unless you buy coffee because you like milkshakes. 5 points for staff, one for black coffee, averages out to 3.
