I never write reviews, but feel like I have to for this one. On Sunday I went to the drive thru and ordered a grande drink (that I’ve never ordered before) and a kids milk box. The total was almost $15. The credit card machine already had the total on it and though I was shocked at the price, I figured maybe it was right because I never ordered that drink before so I tapped my card to pay. I asked for a receipt. The guy seemed taken back that I asked for it and it felt like it took longer than normal for the guy to give it to me. Sure enough I look at the total, and he added a $5 gratuity for himself. I had to unbuckle my kid and go inside and get refunded. He told me adamantly 2 times that I hit that tip. I definitely did not and the screen to tip never even popped up on the machine when it came time for me to pay, just the total. When he got a manager to do the refund he again stated to her that I clicked a $5 tip. I told her again I definitely did not and she just refunded me without any other questions. The drink was good and I’ve never had a bad experience here but this felt 100% shady. Look at your receipts!

What really matters at each starbucks location is the customer service. This was my first time going to this location and I had a WONDERFUL experience. The young hispanic girl in the drive thru was so so sweet and helpful when helping me chose what to order. I had a wonderful conversation with her and her sister who was behind her in the window. I wish i got their names but these girls deserve a raise and recognition for their hard work. This will be my new favorite starbucks to go to.

This new Starbucks is such a welcome addition to the neighborhood! Between the staff being extremely friendly, authentic, and down to earth and the location being extremely cozy and well thought out, this has been my destination in the morning. Pair that with a drive thru and you’ve got the ultimate location!

The app will tell you your order is ready but when you go inside, there are no orders ready yet. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes for an order that was supposedly “ready for pickup”
Great location and plenty of indoor seating.

The spot is super cute love the vibe and atmosphere but oof, today was not it 😩. I grabbed a protein matcha banana drink made by (I think) Teagan 🤔 Teagan, please, take your time next time!
I was out here sipping chunks of matcha and protein powder like it was a mystery smoothie 💀. If I wasn’t in a rush, I would’ve gone back, but instead I sadly threw it away.
Love the place, but please slow down on the drink making before the quality gets lost in the blender!

Love this new location. All the Baristas are friendly, taking time to get to know their customers I love being greeted by name. They've made an effort to get to know me and my order. They keep the place spotless. Best Starbucks in the area

If I could give this Starbucks more than 5 stars, I would. I started coming here a couple of weeks ago because my normal Starbucks employees (in Ledgewood, NJ) are incredibly rude, and I honestly do not think I will ever go to another Starbucks again. The employees here are incredibly sweet, friendly, and very polite. The coffee is ALWAYS fantastic. And, most importantly, they were kind to my dog and absolutely made his morning today. Cannot recommend this Starbucks enough! SUCH a great team at this location.

Ana always makes my day with the little drawings she puts on my cup. One time I joked my name was “Koala” and it was my birthday, and she surprised me with the sweetest drawing. It’s small moments like that that make coming here extra special. Thank you, Ana!

I truly appreciated her professionalism and care during our conversation. My first time at this location. The location is clean and spacious. Went there to work for a bit and felt comfortable. On top of that, one of the workers there made my drink perfectly and she wrote on my cup a beautiful message. Just little things like that can make anyone's day better. Giving her some credit I believe her name is Ana. Thank you!

It’s a nice location, and the staff are always kind and welcoming. I’m local, so I stop in often, but I’ve noticed my orders aren’t always consistent. Sometimes it feels like every other one comes out different. I usually order a venti cold brew with oat milk, but I’ve ended up with different sizes or drinks a few times. If management sees this, I’d recommend having a quick team check-in, because with such a friendly crew, more consistency would make the experience perfect.
