I had a very disappointing experience today.
In the morning, I ordered a drink through the drive-thru before heading to work. When I got to work and started drinking it, I noticed green particles floating inside. Because of that, I couldn’t drink it at all and ended up staying hungry as I can’t step out for long ,while working hours.
Am bit picky about taste and food I don’t have any drink anywhere except Starbucks ribbon crunch.
So On my way back home, I returned to the store with the drink and explained the issue. They offered me either a refund or a replacement, and since I hadn’t eaten anything, I chose to get another drink instead of a refund.
Here is the actual bad part however , the replacement drink was not made properly. It had much more ice than usual and did not taste like the drink I regularly order. Also, since it was a Caramel Ribbon Crunch, it didn’t even have the crunch topping, which is an important part of the drink also this made me more angrier and disappointed than the morning one.
Overall, I was very disappointed. If the intention is to satisfy the customer after a mistake, the replacement should be made with proper care and quality.At least they gave me 4$ reward card(which I didn’t expect to get) where I paid 6$+ per drink and stayed hungry even though I have a drink in hand.
Lid of my tea was not on tight enough. Scalding tea spilled all over my hand, smart watch, car - inside and out and in between the window opening. Not sure of any damage to car or watch. I have a burn mark on my hand. PLEASE be more careful and ensure scalding hot drinks are not filled to top AND that lids are on TIGHTLY.
Staff provided ice, burn cream and napkins and gift card to cover cost of the tea.
Not a reviewer typically, BUT, I was extremely disappointed in this location. My Grilled Cheese was under cooked as in not browned so I asked that they put it back on They tried to argue the point, but finally put a new one on and it came out fine. I asked them to cut in half and they said they’re unable to. I’ve gone to many other locations that had no problem. They did provide me with a small cheap plastic knife to do it myself….no way would that tiny knife work. Additionally, my medium strawberry Frappuccino was sooo watered down with milk. It was as thin as water and I wasn’t able to taste any strawberry. My friend got a Pistachio Latte with cold foam. It was 7/8 cold foam with hardly any latte. This barista needs to go back to training. The staff was making excuses for everything…and I mean everything…just be accountable for your shortcomings!

I came into this store today because I was having an issue with my gift card. I did have to wait a while because they were extremely busy. Emily was very helpful and apologetic about the wait I told her it was ok. She was able to help me and so sweet she even asked me if I needed help loading my card she would help me. Thank you Emily for your outstanding customer service!!

This was the nicest and cleanest Starbucks I have ever been too! It has such a peaceful and relaxing café experience. I really appreciated how all the staff was professional and nice. However, the manager Emily stood out because she had an inviting smile, was extremely nice, knowledgeable and even cleaned up around the store when she wasn't with the customers to add to atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks!

I used to love going to this place, they had very good Frappuccinos until they got new employees. I just bought one and it literally tastes like water, no sweetness or taste whatsoever

I never write reviews, but feel like I have to for this one. On Sunday I went to the drive thru and ordered a grande drink (that I’ve never ordered before) and a kids milk box. The total was almost $15. The credit card machine already had the total on it and though I was shocked at the price, I figured maybe it was right because I never ordered that drink before so I tapped my card to pay. I asked for a receipt. The guy seemed taken back that I asked for it and it felt like it took longer than normal for the guy to give it to me. Sure enough I look at the total, and he added a $5 gratuity for himself. I had to unbuckle my kid and go inside and get refunded. He told me adamantly 2 times that I hit that tip. I definitely did not and the screen to tip never even popped up on the machine when it came time for me to pay, just the total. When he got a manager to do the refund he again stated to her that I clicked a $5 tip. I told her again I definitely did not and she just refunded me without any other questions. The drink was good and I’ve never had a bad experience here but this felt 100% shady. Look at your receipts!

What really matters at each starbucks location is the customer service. This was my first time going to this location and I had a WONDERFUL experience. The young hispanic girl in the drive thru was so so sweet and helpful when helping me chose what to order. I had a wonderful conversation with her and her sister who was behind her in the window. I wish i got their names but these girls deserve a raise and recognition for their hard work. This will be my new favorite starbucks to go to.

This new Starbucks is such a welcome addition to the neighborhood! Between the staff being extremely friendly, authentic, and down to earth and the location being extremely cozy and well thought out, this has been my destination in the morning. Pair that with a drive thru and you’ve got the ultimate location!
