The Cheesecake Factory

We tried to give this place another chance. Our last time in service was very slow almost nonexistent. We were never checked on. No refills. The one time he did come over to check on us. He asked if we wanted more bread and then said he would be right back. We never saw him until the check came. I could understand if they were busy, they weren’t. This last visit we were sat down immediately. The restaurant was maybe half full, probably less. We started looking at the menu like we usually do. We felt like we had been waiting a long time. My boyfriend had just hung up a phone call as we were sitting at our table so we knew exactly what time we sat down. 20 minutes later no one had come over to greet us. Every server or manager that walked by would just look at us and then look away. Finally we said we were done. We took our menus back to the host stand and as I was handing the menus back to the host, he said have a good evening. I said no one came to our table we waited 20 minutes. All he said was oh sorry. Im not sure what the issue was on both occasions but we’ll just take a break for awhile.

Food could be better. Service is great.

Ordered Filet dinner. Ordered medium rare. The filet was maybe out on the grill for 1 minute each side it was so rare I couldn’t even look at it.

We had such an amazing experience, all thanks to Riley, the vegan waitress! I'm not sure if there are other Rileys, but she truly stood out as one of the best servers I've encountered during my time in the US. Her recommendations for vegetarian options were spot-on; she kept our drinks filled, and everything was served perfectly and promptly. It was probably the best Cheesecake Factory experience, and we've visited around 15-20 locations! I'm not from Jersey, but I can't wait to come back and specifically ask for Riley next time—our whole family enjoyed it so much!

We had an incredible experience at this branch of Cheesecake Factory! We ordered the *crab bites* and *cheeseburger spring rolls* to start, and they were absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. For dessert, we indulged in the *ultimate red velvet cheesecake* and the *Oreo cheesecake*, and both were heavenly. The red velvet was rich and decadent with the perfect balance of cream cheese frosting, while the Oreo cheesecake was a chocolate lover's dream!

The portions were generous, the service was outstanding, and the ambience made for a perfect dining experience. This visit reminded us why The Cheesecake Factory is such a classic favorite. Highly recommend!

I Want to say That The Cheesecake Factory was Absolutely one of the BEST Places to go and You Will Always Feel Like You want to go Back BECAUSE You will Always get a Really Great Meal at Lunch or Dinner and I Want to say That You Will also get Really good Food EVEN When You get any Breakfast Meals to .
BECAUSE The Cheesecake Factory You will find Breakfast Items also & I Really Do Mean that I AN NOT JOKING .

My wife took me there for my birthday. Our waitress was so kind. And the food was delicious. We were very pleased and grateful for the wonderful atmosphere and warm welcome, and we highly recommend everyone go there for a great place to have wonderful fellowship and great food.
