Camellia is easily the kindest, most attentive, customer serving human I've ever bought anything from. She and Zoie, make lovely pairing, that create a warm, welcoming environment. This is the kind of staff, that can float an enter business. Whatever you are paying her, pay her more.

I was there earlier this week and I'm not really a tea guy (I was picking up sonething for my mother) but I had what was maybe the greatest customer service experience ever. This young woman by the name of Camila not only helped me out a ton, but was also insanely knowledgeable about the product. She was also quite the saleswoman, somehow convinced me to get more than I came in for, and pointed me in the direction of something better than what I originally paid for. I was truly impressed, what a class act. I would have written this review the day of but I wanted to try everything first and might I just say... spectacular.

Naira has three beautiful shops, two in NewJersey and one in the Poconos. You will find collectable items for gift ideas and a large variety of teas and also coffee to brew at home or she will make you one to enjoy. Have a seat and relax under the red and yellow parasols.

I walked in looking to purchase a bag of coffee. I asked the simple question of “where is your coffee roasted and are the roast dates on the bag?” The response I was given was “I can’t answer that I just work here and make drinks…”

As somebody who’s very much into coffee this is probably the most off putting thing you could hear from a specialty coffee shop, you don’t even know what you’re purchasing, where or when it was roasted at…no thanks.

When is this place really open? The hours don't match. Drove an hour trying to check this place out, Google says it's open, got to the mall, spent 15 min trying to find a parking spot, walked all the way inside just for the place to be closed. Tea is good I guess.

Went here the other day & tried the Hou Shan Yellow Sprouting Tea, it was a very delicious unique tea! Very cool store worth check out! ?
