Outstanding food! I have always looked forward to dining at One53 and my recent experience was truly delightful. I had the lobster bisque to start - which as a lobster connoisseur, didn't disappoint and was truly amazing. The lobster pieces that were added to the center of the dish were divine and the soup had just the exact amount and not too heavy as bisque's often are. The pappardelle was, like all of their pasta offerings so fresh and tasty and the burrata garnish was a real treat. Service was great as always. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!

All four of us thought everything we had was outstanding! Our waiter was excellent, and there were five specials on top of the excellent choices on the menu and we selected four of the specials. Swordfish was excellent, mahi-mahi was excellent and my short rib pappardelle was fabulous! I'm into beer so it was really cool that they had a KBS float on the desert menu, which I had to order and loved.
