I just went to the Roselle Park Burger King in New Jersey Janice and Samantha were awesome it was just the two of them and I have a family of eight in my car they went so far above and beyond to accommodate us and help us they were unbelievable Even assisting us with the coupons that we have they helped us so much they treated us so good they really deserve to be rewarded And again it is the Burger King in Roselle Park New Jersey on Westfield avenue

I just left from this establishment. I ordered two original chicken sandwiches with ketchup, onions, and cheese. I went to take a bite (thinking it was my food) and it was an original chicken sandwich… with BACON. I do not eat bacon/pork for religious reasons. I’m beyond disappointed and extremely upset. I need to speak with someone from corporate as soon as possible. 😡

Literally just went there from coming from the hospital to say goodbye to a loved one and stopped to get my children something to eat because we were there for hrs. They gave me food that felt like it came straight out the frig. Very disappointed.

I went there and got a bacon melt meal. I went to my car to eat and right away. I seen there was no bacon and the bread was not toasted. It was just plain sandwich bread un toasted so I went back. I told them nicely there’s no bacon and the bread isn’t toasted . Waited 15 minutes extra because the person making the burgers they didn’t understand that they needed to be another burger made for the other one made previously. So I went to get my drink. Also all the sodas are flat the one the customers go use and the fountain behind the counter. Every soda is flat.. I go back to my car to eat the food with a flat drink because that’s all they have and guess what bread still not toasted. It’s a melts. It’s supposed to be toasted bread otherwise it’s just a regular looking sandwich. I could’ve made at my house with wonder bread. The sandwich maker has no idea what she’s doing. This is a poorly ran establishment flat sodas sandwiches made wrong. It’s just a mess over here never coming back.
Mobile order you still have to wait 30 minutes for them to come out. They don’t have any urgency at this place… and they make you wait in front so the camera doesn’t track them. Terrible.

Worst burger king I've ever been too. Regular burgers were burgers. Fries were hot but not salted. Chicken nuggets were room temperature at best. Chicken jr was hard and all breading. Original chicken sandwich was dry with no mystery juice at all, over cooked, and didn't have much mayo. They need to take some lessons from the Paterson crew bc this place needs help.
